Traditional Chinese Medicine Orally Combined With Four External Treatment For Treating Salpingitis Infertility(phlegm And Blood Stasis) Clinical Therapeutic Effect Research

Objective :Compare the clinic therapeutic effect observation of Traditional Chinese medicine orally combined with four external treatment for treating salpingitis infertility(phlegm and blood stasis) and Chinese medicine therapy only. Evaluate the state of fallopian tube recanalization, the clinical pregnancy rate, and the improvements of TCM syndrome scores from two groups of salpingitis infertility(phlegm and blood stasis) patients after treatment. And then explore the advantage of Traditional Chinese medicine orally combined with four external treatment for treating salpingitis infertility(phlegm and blood stasis), meanwhile, provide a new method to treat salpingitis infertility(phlegm and blood stasis).Methods:100 salpingitis infertility(phlegm and blood stasis) patients,whom met the diagnostic criteria of TCM and WM at the same time, were randomly divided into two group: Treatment Group of 50 patients,Comparing Group of 50 patients. Treatment Group used Traditional Chinese medicine orally combined with four external treatment(there are injectio ad acumen, intermediate frequency impulse electrotherapy, Iontophoresis of Chinese Medicine,and giner-partition moxibustion). Comparing Group simply used Traditional Chinese Medicine. Observe the salpingography and the patency of the fallopian tube in the general anesthesia B ultrasound monitoring before and after therapy. Follow up all diagnoses of intrauterine pregnancy and Ectopic pregnancy,the improvements of TCM syndrome scores, and the Liver and kidney function damage within half a year after treatment.Results: Clinical curative effect: The effective rate of Treatment Group is 94%; Comparing Group,77.55%. The difference is meaningful in statistics(p<0.05).In Treatment Group, there are 34 patients who are pregnant in uterus and no ectopic pregnancy,the rate of intrauterine pregnancy is 68%. In Comparing Group,there are 18 patients who are pregnant in uterus and equally no ectopic pregnancy, the pregnancy rate in uterus is 36.73%. The comparison of Treatment Group and Comparing Group is meaningful in statistics(p<0.05) after treatment。The TCM syndromes and local signs is 11.10±7.85, the effective rate is 94%. The comparing Group, 16.06±7.90, 83.67.00%. The comparison of the Treatment Group and the Comparing Group is meaningful in statistics(p<0.05).Conclusion:When using the method of four external treatment combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat salpingitis infertility(phlegm and blood stasis), it can obviously improve the tubal patency rate and pregnancy rate in uterus after treatment. Its effect is obviously better than that of only Traditional Chinese Medicine orally or only four external treatment. When using the method of four external treatment combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine, it can obviously improve the clinic observation and partial sign of TCM Phlegm and blood stasis type. Its effect is obviously better than that of only Traditional Chinese Medicine orally or only four external treatment. It provides reliable scientific evidence for using the method of four external treatment combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine orally to treat TCM Phlegm and blood stasis type.
