Objective: Through the observation of the combined treatment of 86 patients with phlegm-wet fallopian tube and the symptomatic signs and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment. The rate of tubal patency and symptoms were improved after treatment, and the rate of intrauterine pregnancy within 1 years after treatment was observed. To explore the efficacy, safety and mechanism of acupuncture combined therapy and provide some clinical evidence for further seeking the most effective treatment of phlegm-wet type oviduct inflammatory obstructive infertility. Methods: The study cases were from September 2015 September-2016,in the outpatient department and outpatient department of the Acupuncture Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine.A total of 86 patients. We divided the patients into observation group and control group according to the proportion of1:1,each group was divided into 43 cases. The observation group was treated with acupuncture and medicine, and the control group was treated with pure Chinese medicine.A total of 6 menstrual cycles were treated with 1 cycles of 1 courses. To observe the symptoms and signs of the patients after treatment, and the intrauterine pregnancy or HsG status within one year after treatment. The two groups were observed the safety index and the curative effect indexes respectively. The effects of the intrauterine pregnancy rate of the patients in the observation group and the control group were observed, recorded and compared, and the SPSS software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.There were 43 cases in the observation group and 43 cases in the control group. No loss of visits, loss of cases.2.The general information of the two groups of cases, such as age, related history, course of disease, and the score of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes before treatment, were analyzed statistically. The difference was notsignificant(P>0.05).The age, history, symptoms and signs of the two groups were comparable.3.The clinical efficacy was analyzed after treatment. The total cure rate of acupuncture combined with medicine group and pure Chinese medicine group was81.4% and 41.8% in turn. The rate of intrauterine pregnancy was 67.4% and 32.6% in turn.Compared with the efficacy of the two groups, the efficacy of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine group was more significant(P<0.05).4.Both groups of treatment can help the tubal to restore and improve clinical symptoms. Both can achieve intrauterine pregnancy. Both groups had certain therapeutic effects, but the overall efficacy of the observation group was better(P<0.05).5.Intrauterine pregnancy was observed within 1 years after treatment, and the rate of intrauterine pregnancy was higher in the observation group.By statistical analysis, the results of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Even if the pregnancy was unsuccessful,a higher oviduct patter rate(P<0.05)was found in the observation group. Conclusions:Compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group, acupuncture combined with medicine group has obvious advantages in restoring the fallopian tube, improving the pregnancy rate and symptoms.Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine is a good clinical method for the treatment of phlegm-wet tubal inflammatory obstructive infertility. The combination of acupuncture and medicine has achieved satisfactory results. And no related adverse reactions were found during the study. This study demonstrates the safety and effectiveness of the treatment.
