Clinical Observation Of Salpingitis Infertility Of Qi-stagnation And Blood Stasis Treated By Four External Treatment Combined With Liqi Huoxue Decoction

Objective: Explore the external treatment of four external treatment combinedwith Liqi Huoxue Decoction salpingitis infertility of Qi-stagnation and blood stasistype of clinical efficacy and mechanism of action, provide a new way of thinking andmethods for the treatment of salpingitis infertility.Methods: Salpingitis infertility clinic Reproductive Medicine, First AffiliatedHospital of Henan Province Chinese Medicine from November2012to September2013, TCM Qi-stagnation and blood stasis type were randomly divided into2groups.50patients were treated, blood circulation the assisted reproductive soup oral. Thetreatment group of50patients, the blood circulation Zhuyun decoction combinedquadruple external treatment-point injection the IF pulse electric treatment, ImportGinger moxibustion and herbal ion. Observed before and after treatment, the clinicalefficacy of the case, that is unilateral or bilateral tubal patency; TCM syndromes andlocal signs of improvement; follow-up within six months of pregnancy.Results:1. The control group was78.00%, the effective rate was94.00%. Twogroups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05);2. The control group of18cases of pregnancy, the pregnancy rate was36.00%;treatment group,35cases of pregnancy, the pregnancy rate was70.00%. Thedifference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05);3. Control group after treatment TCM syndromes average credit for19.10±1.27,the effective rate was84.00%, after treatment, the symptom score was10.54±1.04,94.00%effective rate of two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：①More effective than pure Liqi Huoxue Decoction treatment offour external treatment combined with Liqi Huoxue Decoction can effectivelyimprove the clinical symptoms and local signs;②Salpingitis infertility treated by fourexternal treatment combined with Liqi Huoxue Decoction, can significantly improvethe chances of the fallopian tube and pregnancy rate after treatment, a significant effect is higher than Liqi Huoxue Decoction;③This topic for the external treatmentof four external treatment combined with Liqi Huoxue Decoction provide a reliablescientific basis for clinical application.
