Cholagogic And Stomach Decoction In Treatment Of Gallbladder Heat Invading The Stomach Syndrome GERD Clinical Study

Objective:observe the effect of cholagogic and stomach decoction in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD) TCM clinical curative of gallbladder heat invading the stomach syndrome, and to explore the mechanisms of Cholagogic and stomach decoction in the treatment of GERD.Method:In accordance with gallbladder heat make stomach syndrome gastroesophageal reflux disease into the standard of 60 patients, randomly divided into 2 groups: experimental group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases). experimental groupwere given oral medicine Cholagogic and stomach decoction; the control group was given oral Hydrotalcite Tablets, Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets, domperidone. 2 weeks as a course of treatment, share 3 courses. To observe the Acid reflux, heartburn, mouth and throat pain clinical symptoms of two groups after treatment, gastroscoptic performance and the medication safety. After 3 months, observe two groups of patients relapse rate.Results:After three courses of treatment were two groups medicine has certain curative effect on the treatment of GERD, the total effective rate of experimental groupwas 90%, the comparison group total effectiveness 70%, statistically, with significant difference(P<0.05), the experimental groupwas better than that of the control group. Comparison of TCM syndrome curative effect, the two groups can significantly improve the acid reflux, heartburn, mouth and throat pain clinical symptoms of GERD patients, the total effective rate of experimental group93.3%, control group 83.3%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Comparison of curative effect of gastroscopy after treatment, the total effective rate of experimental group88.9%, control group 80.8%, there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). Comparison of two groups of the long-term curative effect, the recurrence rate was 10% in experimental group, control group, the recurrence rate was 30%, with significant difference(P<0.05). patients in the two groups in the whole process of treatment, there was no any adverse reactions, liver, kidney were within normal range.Conclusion:The cholagogic and stomach decoction in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD) TCM clinical curative of gallbladder heat invading the stomach syndrome significantly, in the improvement of acid regurgitation, heartburn, throat pain and other clinical symptoms and promote the recovery of gastric mucosa of the esophagus, have obvious advantages than control group, and good safety, good long-term results. Modern pharmacological research show that: analysis of gallbladder and stomach soup may have promote bile, inhibiting gastric acid secretion, accelerate gastric emptying, promote repair, analgesic, anti-bacterial anti-inflammatory, regulating immunity effects of mucosal injury, worthy of further promotion and application in clinical.
