Clinical Observation Of WendanTang And Xiaochengqi Tang On Treatment Of Non-erosive Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease(Gallbladder Fever Invading The Stomach Syndrome)

Objective: The subject of this topic is the classic Chinese medicine prescription Wendan Tang and Xiaochengqi Tang for the treatment of non-erosive Clinical study of gastroesophageal reflux disease(gallbladder fever invading the stomach syndrome).Through this study,we want to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Wendan Tang and Xiaochengqi Tang in the treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease(gallbladder fever invading the stomach syndrome).So as to provide a more effective treatment for the treatment of this disease in the future.Methods: All patients were from the laboratory of Professor Liu Tiejun of the National Medical Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and all of them met the clinical diagnosis of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease(gallbladder fever invading the stomach syndrome)and both signed informed consent.72 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in a 1:1 ratio.Due to the possibility of sample shedding during clinical observation,20% of the sample size was added to 60 cases.The treatment group was given Wendan Tang and Xiaochengqi Tang plus Chinese herbal decoction for 28 days.The control group was given Danweikang Capsule for 28 days.Follow-up was performed 8weeks after the end of the treatment,and the rdq questionnaire was filled to observe the recurrence rate.Results: A total of 35 patients in each of the two groups enrolled completed the trial according to the treatment protocol.The total efficacy was observed.The total effective rate was 94.3% in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group.The improvement of symptoms before and after treatment was observed.The total score before treatment in the treatment group was 18.03±3.13,4.89±3.48 after treatment;the total score before treatment in the control group was 18.40±2.79,and after treatment was 10.49±3.58.The total score of RDQ was observed.The total score of RDQ before treatment was 22.60±5.75,5.51±4.00 after treatment;the total score of RDQ before treatment was 23.14±5.61,and 11.23±5.82 after treatment.The total efficacy,symptom score,and RDQ total score were statistically processed,p<0.05,which was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group.After the end of the treatment,the recurrence rates of the treatment group and the control group were 3.03% and 21.4%,respectively.After examination,p<0.05,there was a statistical difference,indicating that the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.In summary,the efficacy of Wendan Tang and Xiaochengqi Tang in treating this disease is superior to that of Danweikang Capsule.Conclusion: Wendan Tang combined with Xiaochengqi Tang for the treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease(gallbladder fever invading the stomach syndrome)It can effectively improve symptoms and signs,and exert the advantages of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.Its curative effect is obviously better than that of Danweikang Capsule.It provides an effective treatment plan for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease(gallbladder fever invading the stomach syndrome).
