| Objective:The purpose of the research is to observe the clinical efficacy of Qingdan Yisuan Decoction in the treatment of reflux esophagitis due to gallbladder heat invading stomach by Professor Xie Jingri.Methods:52 patients who were conformed to the inclusive criteria and exclusion criteria,according to the sequence of treatment are numbered,were treated by the Qingdan Yisuan Decoction which was made by my advisor.The course of treatment was 8 weeks,we would observe and record the signs and symptoms before and after the treatment,and assess the effect of the treatment through the self control test method.The end of treatment were follow up for 8 weeks to observe the recurrence rate.To use SSPS17.0 software to analyze the clinical data obtained based on results to evaluate the clinical effect of Qingdan Yisuan Decoction.Results:Three patients fell off in the middle of the clinical treatment.49 patients had completed the treatment.After 8 weeks of treatment with Qingdan Yisuan Decoction,the total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine is 91.84%;before treatment and after treatment of the syndrome integral were 18.33±4.83,7.22±5.13,through statistical analysis,P<0.01,there was significant difference statistically,with statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Qingdan Yisuan decoction can obviously alleviate the symptoms of reflux esophagitis pertaining to gallbladder heat invading stomach,and it has a definite therapeutic effect.2.The method of clearing away gallbladder heat,relieving the liver and harmonizing stomach for descending adverse qi can obviously alleviate the symptoms of reflux esophagitis pertaining to gallbladder heat invading stomach. |
