Clinical Investigation On The Qixu Xueyu Patients With Diabetic Foot By Yiqi Huoxue Xinjia Fang

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Huoxue Xinjia Fang on the Qixu Xueyu patients with diabetic foot.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(30 cases,with Chinese Medicine and Alprostadil Injection for eight months) and control group(30cases, with medicinal Alprostadil Injection for eight months).The changes of TCM symptoms, total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein(LDL-C), ankle-brachial ratio and ebdothelium diastolic function and peripheral nerve conduction velocity were observed before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate of TCM clinical in the treatment group was 86.67%,the control is 70.0%, both groups a significant effect in the treatment group than the control group respectively,before and after treatment there were significant differences(P<0.05). The two groups were significantly improved total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL, ankle-brachial ratio and ebdothelium diastolic function and peripheral nerve conduction level.with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The two groups treatment group than the control group, there were significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue Xinjia Fang have a good effect in improving the signs and symptoms in Qixu Xueyu patients with diabetic foot.Can effectively improve the level of total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL, ankle-brachial ratio,and ebdothelium diastolic function and peripheral nerve conduction velocity,and safe.
