Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Heart-kidney-unbalanced Insomnia With Powerful Method Of Closing The Meridian By Yuan-luo Point

Objective: to observe the clinical curative effect of treating Heart-kidney-unbalanced Insomnia with powerful method of closing the meridian by yuan-luo point, to explore a new way of thinking and convenient and effective method of treatment for patients.Methods: screening 50 cases patients of Heart-kidney-unbalanced insomnia,randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group using the method with yuan-luo point, the control group using conventional acupuncture treatment. Treat every other day, three times a week, four weeks in all. Comparing the patient’s sleep efficiency and quality classification and PSQI score before and after treatment,determining the clinical curative effect through the deducted rate of PSQI score.Results:1.The clinical curative effect comparison : treatment group total effective rate was 88%; The control group 68%. Two groups’ s clinical effective effect has no significant difference(P>0.05).2.The observation indicators comparison: after treatment,the sleep efficiency improved in both groups(P<0.01),the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05);the quality classification of sleep improved(P<0.01),the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05); PSQI score significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.01),the two groups showed significant difference(P<0.05).3. Two groups had no adverse events during the observation. Conclusion: the powerful method of closing the meridian by yuan-luo point can obviously improve the sleep efficiency and the sleep quality classification and PSQI score(with advantage), is the convenient and effective method of treating this kind of disease, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
