The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Primary Insomnia(deficiency Of Both Heart And Spleen/Incordination Between Heart And Kidney)by Acupucture Meridian

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of primary insomnia(deficiency of both heart and spleen,incoordination between heart and kidney)by Acupuncture of Ren Meridian and to pursue the better treatment scheme of acupuncture for primary insomnia.Methods:The 68 cases of eligible patients with primary insomnia were randomly divided into the treatment group(acupuncture of Ren Meridian group)and the control group(normal acupuncture group),34 case in each group.The treatment group take Chengjiang,Danzhong,Zhongwan,Qihai and Yintang as the main needling point and take Lieque as the auxiliary needling point Danzhong,Zhongwan and Qihai use benefiting method of basic manipulation techniques and the rest of needling point use even reinforcing-reducing.The contorl group take Yintang,Sishenchong,Anmian,Shenmen,Zhanhai and Shenmai as the main needling point and take Xinshu and Pishu as the auxiliary need-ling point of deficiency of both heart or take Xinshu and Shenshu as the auxiliary needling point of incoordination between heart and kidney;Xinshu,Pishu and Shenshu use benefiting method of basic manipulation techniques and the rest of need-ling point use even reinforcing-reducing.Once daily,the treatment session was 4 weeks,assess the efficacy by using PSQI,HAMA and Score of TCM Symptom Scale.Results:1.After fours weeks treatment,the two groups of patients with score of PSQI,HAMA and Score of TCM Symptom Scale were significantly lower than before treatment;the difference between the two groups was statistically significant after treatment(P <0.05).2.After fours weeks treatment,the two groups of patients with six items scale of HAMA sub-score,were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05);the difference of anxious and nervous score was not statisticallysignificant after treatment(P <0.05),but the difference of four Physical Anxiety Factors(respiratory,cardiovascular,digestive and urinary system)between the two groups was statistically significant,the decline of the treatment group was even greater.3.The clinical curative effect of the two groups,the recovery rate of the treatment group was 56.25%,which was better than that of the control group by 25%(P<0.05).By statistical test,the difference was statistically significant.
