Objective:Guided by the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine and health management idea, based on the principle of syndrome factor differentiation and clinical literature research, preparation of traditional Chinese medicine often witness points since the rating scale, for healthy people to carry out the preliminary investigation,on the self-assessment scale after evaluation, the reliability and validity of using unilateral 95% reference range setting method, determining 20 healthy people often witness element integral norm(that is,the healthy of the integral the card reference range),in order to innovate the health state recognition method, for the study of the health status identification of traditional Chinese medicine and health division standard to provide the reference.Methods:1.Among the 9,730 TCM clinical research literatures in recent 10 years,10 frequently occurring disease loci and disease syndromes were selected.2.As a self-rating scale was developed,371 symptom items involved in the integrated quantitative syndrome elements syndrome differentiation system developed by professor zhu wenfeng were selected, and 188 symptoms with the absolute value of diagnostic weight 30 of the above 20 syndrome elements were further selected to form the entry pool.3.By adopting the method of expert consultation,14 well-known experts of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis in and out of the province were invited to conduct a questionnaire survey on the importance and completeness of the diagnosis of relevant syndromes on each item, and a total of 76 questions with important diagnostic value for 20 common syndromes were further clarified.4.After discussion by the research group, the articles dominated by medical terms were transformed into questions that could be easily understood by ordinary self-assessors to form a self-assessment scale of 20 elements.5.The score of each syndrome element refers to the original score in professor zhu wenfeng's syndrome differentiation system. The self-rating scale of TCM chang zheng su and its scoring system were established.6.Based on the self-rating scale of TCM chang zheng element score as the core and wang qi TCM constitution scale as the calibration standard,1045 pieces of data were collected after the questionnaire star was released simultaneously for investigation, and the reliability and validity of the self-rating scale of TCM chang zheng element score were evaluated.7.Screening of the subjects of TCM constitution for peace, and to exclude the appraised as "unhealthy" or "has disease status" crowd, retains 869 healthy population survey data, because of the syndrome factor score, the higher the more common characteristics of anomaly, the unilateral 95% reference range formulation method, determining 20 healthy people often witness element integral norm(i.e.,the reference range of healthy people integral).Results:1.Survey and statistics were conducted after compiling the self-rating scale of TCM frequently observed element score. The overall cronbach a coefficient =0.957,greater than 0.9;Cronbach a coefficient of the 10 components corresponding to Yang deficiency, lung, kidney,Yin deficiency,qi deficiency, heart, heat, meridian,qi stagnation and stomach were all >0.8.The sub-items of cold, liver, dampness, vitality, phlegm, blood stasis and spleen were all >0.7.The a coefficient of cronbach for the two elements of blood stasis and intestine were both > and 0.6.Cronbach a coefficient >0.5 corresponding to the gall bladder indicates that the internal consistency and reliability of the self-rating scale of TCM common integrin are good.2.The P values were all <0.05,indicating that the differences in syndrome and element scores between the healthy group and the non-healthy group were significant, with statistical significance, indicating that the self-rating scale of TCM frequently witnessed element scores had good discriminative validity.3.According to the characteristic root >1,a total of 12 factors were extracted. The contribution rate of factor cumulative variance was 57.971%,greater than 50%.Combined with the theoretical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, the results of the extraction of common factors were properly combined, and the dimensions were basically consistent with the structure assumed by the theory, indicating that the self-rating scale of the common factors of traditional Chinese medicine had better structural validityConclusion:1.The self-evaluation table of TCM frequent witness integrals, which has been preliminarily compiled, has good reliability and validity.2.Due to the common characteristics that the higher the syndrome element score is,the more abnormal it is,the 95% unilateral reference value range formulation method is adopted to determine the integral norm of 20 common syndromes, which provides a reference for the identification research of TCM health status and the classification standard of health status.
