High Department Of Hemorrhoids Anal Epithelium To Retain The Clinical Treatment Of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective:To evaluate a new operation produre for the treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids;not only obliterating symptom disposably,but also protecting the integrality and furthest of anal canal epithelium and padding, Treitz' s Muscle,and retaining nomal functions of anus. Methodds: Fifty adult patients with circular mixed hemorrhoids who need operation were divided randomly into two groups(n=25).The therapy group adopting the operation of heigh level deligation of hemorrhoids preserving anal canal epithelium,the control group employing the operation of segmental dentate ligation;observing and statisticing the indexes of healthing time of the operative would,complications,and the variation of caliber of anal canal and static pressure of anal canal. Results:After the operation of heigh level deligation of hemorrhoids preserving anal canal epithelium to treating circular mixed hemorrhoids,healthing time of the operative would was shortend,complications lessen,static pressure of anal canal decreased,caliber of anal canal had no variation.Conclution:Compared with the operation of segmental dentate ligation in the treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids , the operation of heigh level deligation of hemorrhoids preserving anal canal epithelium shortened the healthing time of the operative would,retain better physiological functions of anus,and decreased postoperative complications.
