Objective:This study screened on the basis of the literature,through the grass fieldresearch,observation acupressure combined nifedipine community hypertension andantihypertensive efficacy of symptom improvement;explore the effectivity of acupressuretechnique clinical application form,simple hypertension easy acupressure interventionprograms,enhance the ability of Chinese medicine in the field of social services,preventionand treatment of hypertension.Methods:A randomized open,divided into treatment and control groups.30cases ineach group.Control group:oral rather too high (nifedipine)20mg,once daily.Treatmentgroups:In addition to the control group on the basis of the same medicine point massagetherapy intervention,morning and evening,were treated for four weeks,to observe thetreatment efficacy.after a courseResults: The experimental observation,four weeks after treatment,theantihypertensive efficacy of the treatment group is better than the control group (P<0.05),and can better improve the symptoms of patients with hypertension,and there is noabnormal changes after the treatment on three conventional liver function {alanineaminotransferase (ALT)},{kidney function,blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr)},ECG.Conclusion: The clinical observation shows:acupressure technique for primaryhypertension hyperactivity syndrome have better clinical efficacy,can improve clinicalsymptoms,better control of blood pressure.And it has a role in regulating heart rate.
