| Objective: This topic is based on the fragrant tianma soup created by professor zhang xuan bang,To observe the effect of clinical efficacy,blood pressure and microalbuminuria in patients with hypertensive syndrome,To explore the effect of the protection of early renal damage.Methods: To collect 62 cases of hypertensive patients who were admitted to the fourth clinical medical school of xinjiang medical university from December,2016 to January,2018,and meet the inclusion criteria,62 cases of hypertension patients,There were 31 patients in the treatment group and 31 in the control group.Control group: Valsartan capsule controls blood pressure,and the control of blood pressure is not ideal,Can be added to amlodipine tablet.Treatment group: On the basis of the control treatment regimen,we added traditional Chinese medicine decoction "fragrant tianma soup",The course was 4 weeks,Then,blood pressure,microalbuminuria and TCM syndrome were observed before and after treatment,The results are analyzed statistically.Result:(1)Hypotensive effect(clinic): The average blood pressure in the treatment group was lower than the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Effect of TCM syndrome: Compared with the control group,the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Microalbuminuria: After treatment,the ratio of urinary microalbumin and albumin creatinine was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)xiangtianma decoction can effectively reduce bloodpressure in patients with high blood pressure.(2)xiangtianma decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of TCM in patients with Yin deficiency.(3)sesame soup can effectively reduce microalbuminuria,thus reversing the early renal function damage and delaying the further development of renal damage. |
