Purpose:Clinical efficacy to be adopted in this topic compared to TCM efficacy evaluation of migraine frequency, the number of days, degree, duration, accompanying symptoms and the use of the frequency and quantity of analgesics compared to observe the changes in Zheng Tian Wan for Migraine (wind Stasis Syndrome) clinical efficacy; by blood routine, liver and kidney function examination and adverse reactions and adverse events happen to observe the working days pill for migraine headache (Wind Stasis Syndrome) security. On this basis, to further explore the pathogenesis of migraine and Pinggan Xifeng, activating blood and relieving pain of migraine prevention and treatment of the initial role of the mechanism, to alleviate patient suffering, improve the clinical efficacy of available ideas.Method:The clinical trials were included 40 patients with migraine headache (wind Stasis Syndrome) patients, using a randomized, blinded, placebo-controlled study of law.40 patients were randomly divided into treatment group 20 cases,20 cases of the control group. Course of treatment were 12 weeks. Pre-treatment of the two groups of gender, age, age distribution, occupation, severity, duration, family history and headache type and other basic data were compared no statistical significant difference (P>0.05), shows two groups with comparable sex. After treatment of migraine attack according to the number of days, degree, duration, accompanying symptoms and the use of analgesics in the number and the number of changes were evaluated for statistical analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of the drug. Through the blood routine, liver and kidney function examination and adverse reactions and adverse events happen to observe their safety. Results:Following on the efficacy, safety and adverse reactions such as statistical analysis, the results indicated that the Pill can significantly improve migraine (wind Stasis Syndrome) patients with symptoms, and without any side effects. Migraine efficacy in the treatment group, the total effective rate was 90.00% in the control group, the total effective rate was 25.00%, compared with efficacy difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.01), shows efficacy of the treatment group than the control group efficacy; to improve the TCM in the treatment group, the total effective rate was 85.00% in the control group, the total effective rate was 25.00%, the treatment group compared with the control group, the difference between the significant (P<0.01), treatment group than the control group; in controlling the frequency of migraine attacks, days, degree and duration of connection, between the treatment group compared with the control to a significant difference in the treatment group than the control group. To improve the dizziness, blurred vision, nausea, sensitivity to light, sound of fear accompanied by symptoms such as square and, the treatment group compared with the control to the difference between the significant, the treatment group than the control group. Conclusion:Zheng Tian Wan can be effective treatment for migraine headache (wind Stasis Syndrome), clinical efficacy is superior to a placebo pill days; in improving the TCM are concerned, days are days of pill pill is also superior to placebo; the drug without any adverse reaction, safe and reliable, it is worth in clinical application and dissemination.
