We focus on the pre-qin,hang, jing, tang, Ming and qing dynasty to the period of the republic of China. We analysis and summary of the plague, from systematic, theoretical and clinical guidance on the perfecting of the plague.Results:1. All physician think that in a subject both in theory and in practice will be supporting as plague treatment. All specific treatment of plague are developments under the therapeutic principle.2.Due to the following three fully embodies the principle and flexibility of Chinese medicine treatment in plague. The effective treatments for the plague are comprehensive methods, based on timing geographical factors and put forward after the physical characteristics.3.Cold-temperate unify is the trend of the development of the plague of TCM study. Past dynasties doctor based on clinical practice, communicated and promoted theory of cold temperature.4.The plague more show both inner and outer. Nourish alone, it is difficult to remove inner evil. Only treat inner, the evil outside can not be cured. So we must list the double solution.5.Lift and drop phases affect each other. Lifting the QingYang and dropping the Zuo Ying can restore normal function of human body and get the purpose of cure.6.
