Principle Literature Research Of Treatment With Chinese Herbs In Infertile Cause By Premature Ovarian Failure

ObjectiveSystem analysis in treatment of premature ovarian failure aciesis of modern clinical research literature,explore the law of premature ovarian infertility treatment,provide a reference for the treatment of premature ovarian failure infertility.MethodsCollect the literature about prescription used in the premature ovarian failure acyesis clinical study of TCM from CNKI dated from January 1996 to 2016 December,use batabase of Chinese herb built in Microsoft Excel Software.then,use statistic method,frequency analysis and cluster analysis use to organize and analyze the collect data to figure out the treatment principle and herb formula of premature ovarian failure acyesis.Result1.Types of Chinese Herbs analysisThere are 68 premature ovarian failure acyesis clinical study literature with 141 types of herbs,the total frequency of herb is 2290.According to the frequency analytic methods.The tonic type of herb is top of the list used in prescription.There are 47 type of herb belonging to such a frequency up to 1363,with the ratio of 59.52%.The second is Activating blood Type of herb,with 408 frequency and ratio of 17.82%.Third,four and five respectively Type of herb with frequency is Regulating Qi is 121(5.28%),Astringent is 112(4.89%)and Antipyretic is 109(4.76%).2.The Four Qi,Five flavor and ZhangFu Meridian belong to Chinese Herbal analysisFour Qi,research shows most herb with warm,nautral and cold.The warm accounted for 53.30%.The nautral accounted for 26.70%,there are 16.70%is the cold.Five flavors,bitter,sweet and pungent flavor.There 36%of herb is sweet flavor,while the bitter flavor one 26%,pungent flavor is 24%.Concerning ZhangFu Meridian belonging of herbs,most herbs belong to five Zhang Meridian(five internal organs,liver,heart,spleen,lung and kidney)and stomach Meridian.Among them,the Liver Meridian accounted for 32%while 22.70%of herb belong to the Kidney Meridian.3.High frequency HerbAccording to the analytical principle of statistics,cumulative frequency more than 1%will be counted as the highest frequency.the most commonly used herb:SEMEN CUSCUTAE is 174 times(9.61%),RADIX ANGELICAE SINENSIS is 167 times(9.23%),RADIX REHMANNIAE PREPARATA,RHIZOMA DIOSCOREAE.4.Cluster analysisCluster analysis with the use of SPSS software,29 high frequently herbs are analyzed by cluster analysis.The results are listed below:First:SEMEN CUSCUTAE,RADIX ANGELICAE SINENSIS,RADIX REHMANNIAE PREPARATA,RHIZOMA DIOSCOREAE,HERBA EPIMEDII,FRUCTUS LYCII,RADIX PAEONIAE ALBA,FRUCTUS CORNI,FRUCTUS RUBI.This class tonifying the liver and kidney,kidney and liver deficiency or kidney deficiency can be used.Second:RADIX GLYCYRRHIZAE,RADIX BUPLEURI,RHIZOMA CURCULIGINIS,PORIA,RHIZOMA ATRACTYLODIS MACROCEPHALAE,CORTEX MOUTAN,RADIX CODONOPSIS,This class invigorating spleen and soothing liver.stagnation of liver-qi Syndrome,deficiency of the spleen Syndrome can be used.Third:FRUCTUS LIGUSTRI LUCIDI,RADIX POLYGONI MULTIFLORI,RADIX ASTRAGALI,Dried Human Placenta,RADIX MORINDAE OFFICINALIS.This class tonifying the Kidney-Yin and Yang,Nourishing Kidney-Jing.Deficiency syndrome of both Kidney-Yin and Yang Syndrome,Deficiency of
