The Research Of The Application And Development Of Zhengzhiyaoyi On Zhongjing Theory

Objective To explore and refine Zhengzhi Yaoyi’s appliance and development of Zhongjing’s doctrine on the basis of sorting and researching on Zhengzhi Yaoyi, in order to provide some references to present clinical practice.Methods Using the traditional method of literature research, following the principle of "discarding the dross and selecting the essential,""past serve the present" to explore and summerize Zhengzhi Yaoyi’s academic development and clinical exprience from Zhongjing’s doctrine, by reading the ancient medical book Zhengzhi Yaoyi from Qing Dynasty, contrasting it with the relevant articles in Zhang Zhongjing’s Shanghan Lun and Jingui Yaolve.Results Zhengzhi Yaolve not only inherited and applied Zhongjing’s doctrine but also developed and expanded it. For one thing it had a good inheritance and devlepment of Zhongjing’s theory of syndrome differentiation based on six meridians, for another it had abundant clinical experience in applying Zhongjing’s theory on medication in aspects of internal medicine, gynecology, and paediatrics.Conclusion Zhengzhi Yaoyi inherited and developed Zhongjing’s theory of syndrome differentiation based on six meridians. It widely applied,as well as expanded Zhongjing’s theory on medication in various departments which is still helpful to the current clinical practice of traditional Chinese medecine.
