The TCM Literature Study Of Name Evolvement, Syndrome And Therapeutic Principles On ED.

The thesis explored all kinds of Traditional Chinese Medicine existent documents which recorded the ED treatment from pre-Qin dynasty till now by means of traditional TCM literature research to find the development rule of the disease by analyzing systematically the evolution of impotence's name, pathogeny, pathogenesis, process of the diagnosis and treatment through literature research.The 7 conclusions and 3 problems needed to be studied ulteriorly are gained by tradional literature methods. The 7 conclusions are:①The extension of pathogeny were bit by bit enlarged.②The kinds of the pathogenesis were manifolded with the time going.③The treatment guideline becamed deepened.④Tonifying kidney is the main method and strengthening yang is always used.⑤The means of reinforcing single kidney was replaced by the methods of supplementing multi- visceras.⑥Many treatment methods were applied along with TCM's development.⑦Modern doctors have little care about the new nosogenesises, for example, high fattiness.3 problems are:the study of proved recipes , rarely mentioned treatment theory and ED of apparatus pathological changes should be strenghthened.And the thesis also set up database of treatments on ED, utilize SAS statistics software to carry on statistical analysis to educe the medicine prescription law. 2 problems are brought forward following the study, which are: TCM medication on Yu xue nei zu and liver qi yu jie ED should be strenghthened.
