The TCM Literature Study Of Name Evolvement, Syndrome And Therapeutic Principles On Amenorrhea

The thesis analyzes all kind of the traditional chinese medicine literature that cured amenorrhea from Han Dynasty till now by means of combining literature research and statistic analysis.The thesis is divided into three parts. In the frist part, using the traditional method ,it summarizes systematically the evolution of amenorrhea name, pathogeny , pathogenesis, process of the diagnosis and treatment, recipe and herbs through literature research, and summarizes the recent research progress, points out a new direction.In the second part, the thesis studies prescriptions by establishing amenorrhea recipe and herbs database. It analyzes the frequency and the herbs properties, clarifies the regulation and characteristic of the differentiation treatment of amenorrhea, then summarizes the high frequency herbs.In the third part, based on the results of literature research and statistic analysis, the thesis puts forward a new viewpoint, gives a new principle that we must follow in the clinical practices and researches, and summarizes the issues that need to further study.
