| Objective:To study the Yiqiyuyin soup in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome in the clinical curative effect, and discusses the mechanism of its prevention and treatment of the disease.Methods:60 patients with type 2 diabetes, Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome patients,30 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and 30 cases of control group.Treatment group for reasons gas Yiqiyuyin soup combined with regular western medicine hypoglycemic therapy, compared with pure western medicine hypoglycemic, a course of 4 weeks,and observe before and after the treatment of blood sugar, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipid, clinical symptoms such as indicators, and observe any adverse reactions occur.Results:the general situation of two groups before treatment such as gender, age, course of data upon examination, there was no significant difference, can be comparable.(1) In the aspect of clinical disease curative effect: the two groups after treatment than before treatment significantly improved, the treatment group total effective rate was 86.67%; The control group total effective rate 80%.Two group total effective rate by the rank and inspection, P>0.05, in terms of improve the total effective rate in treatment group and control group no significant difference. (2)In the aspect of TCM syndrome curative effect: the total curative effect comparison of the two groups treatment group total effectiveness 83.3%, total effective rate in the control group 70%, two groups by the rank and inspection (P< 0.05),Instructions in terms of improve the total effective rate in treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group, prompt Yiqiyuyin soup western medicine clinical effect is better than the effect of western medicine alone.(3)In the aspects of objective indicators to observe: the treatment group and control group in the fasting and postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting insulin,IR, blood lipid index before and after the treatment have obvious difference (P < 0.05),Show the treatment group is compared between group hypoglycemic effect is significantly better than the control group. Serum insulin before and after treatment with varying degrees of decline, insulin resistance was has the significant improvements, the instructions Yiqiyuyin soup can improve insulin resistance reducing blood sugar.Treatment group after treatment higher HDL - C compared with before treatment (P<0.01), TG (P> 0.05) compared with before treatment, no significant differences.Comparison between TC, HDL - C to improve the situation in the two groups had no significant difference (P> 0.05).(4) the safety index and adverse reactions: there were no abnormal liver and kidney function, two groups of adverse reactions such as low blood sugar was not found.Conclusion: Yiqiyuyin soup in the treatment of qi and Yin deficiency syndrome in type 2 diabetes has better clinical curative effect, have broad application prospects and beneficial to further research. |
