| Objective:The observation over Yiqiyuyin Tonglin Decoction in the treatment of damp heat,Qi and yin deficiency type on clinical efficacy in patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with urinary tract infection,and to explore its mechanism of action.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria,60 patients were randomly divided into the Chinese medicine group and the control group.The control group received basic treatment according to the results of drug sensitivity with antibiotics,Chinese medicine group was provided with Yiqiyuyin Tonglin Decoction based on the control group.The course of 2 weeks,the changes were observed in the before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral,urine routine,midstream urine culture,blood glucose,blood routine,blood sedimentation,and then made statistical analysis.The safety index abserved the changes of blood routine test,urine routine,liver and kidney function,cardiogram,ecg.Results:A total of 57 patients completed the clinical observation.(1)Comparing the integrated effect of the two groups after treatment,the total efficiency of Chinese medicine group was 96.43%,control group total effective rate was 86.21%,Chinese medicine group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(2)After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms of the two groups were lower than before,that of Chinese medicine group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).(3)Chinese medicine can significantly improve white urine routine,midstream urine culture,blood glucose,blood routine,blood sedimentation,better than the control group(P < 0.05).No significant changes were found in the two groups before and after.Conclusion:Clinical curative effect of Yiqiyuyin Tonglin Decoction combined in the treatment of Qi Yin deficiency and damp heat in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with urinary tract infection is remarkable,and it is worthy of further promotion. |
