The Influence Of Tiaoshenliqi Acupuncture And Three Tongue Acupuncture On Motor Aphasia Of The After Stroke Patients

Motor aphasia,also know as Broca aphasia syndrome,is a type of Aphasia which has highest rate of incidence.It's characterized by Oral language disorder and telegraphic utterance.In general,it's defined as language disorders syndrome of Frontal cortex,Subcortical and Basal ganglia region.In a narrow sense,it's a language disorders syndrome caused by the disease of rear inferior frontal gyrus and bottom precentral gyrus of Dominant Hemisphere.Motor aphasia is usually caused by angiopathy,inflammation,tumour,trauma,postoperation,the most common case is cerebrovascular disease.It's area of lesions include the Left and bottom of frontal gyrus.Althought Modern medicine make a in-depth study in the mechamism and treatment of Motor aphasia,it's still remain the problem of language slow-recovery and incomplete-recovery.Objective:Research the influence of Tiaoshenliqi acupuncture and Three tongue acupuncture therapy on After Stroke Patients.And compare it to a Conventional acupuncture therapy.Methods:A total 60 standard patients were randomly divided into treatment group and contrast group using a random number table,with 30 patients in each group.All group are given basic treatment(Conventional medical treatment and language rehabilitation training).The patients in the treatment group were given Tiaoshenliqi acupuncture and Three tongue acupuncture therapy,while those patients in contrast group were given Conventional acupuncture therapy.The acupuncture therapy treatment is given 5 times a week,and the course of treatment was 4 weeks for two group.The treatment was last for 2 courses.Aphasia Battery of Chinese(ABC)and Chinese Functional Communication Profile(CFCP)were used before and after the treatment to give a mark.Results:The following is the result of CFCP after 2 courses:Before intervention,the difference between two group is not significant statistical(P>0.05).The difference of each group after the before intervention is both significant statistical difference(P<0.05),as well as the difference between two group after intervention.The effect of treatment group is better than contrast group;The result shows the treatment of both group improved the ability of functional communication of patients,the improvement of treatment group is higher than contrast group.The following is the result of ABC after 2 courses:Before intervention,the difference between two group is not significant statistical(P>0.05).The difference of patients' language ability of spoken fluency,informativeness,listening,reading,retelling,naming and writing of each group before and after intervention is both significant statistical(P<0.05);The difference of patients' language ability of spoken fluency,listening and retelling between two group after intervention is significant statistical(P<0.05);The difference of patients' language ability of informativeness,naming,reading and writing between two group after intervention is not significant statistical(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment group is 86.66%while the contrast group is 80%.The result shows the treatment group is better than contrast group at the improvement of patients' language ability of spoken fluency,listening and retelling,but total clinical efficacy between two group is not significant statistical difference.Conslusion:Both Tiaoshenliqi acupuncture and Three tongue acupuncture therapy and Conventional acupuncture therapy can improve patients' language ability,the former therapy is better than Conventional acupuncture therapy at improving the language ability of informativeness,naming,reading and writing.The acupuncture therapy plays a important role in curing Aphasia of the After Stroke Patients,and the research shows Tiaoshenliqi acupuncture and Three tongue acupuncture has a certain clinical value in the treatment of Motor aphasia.
