With the development of nursing as an important part of medical quality, the team of nurses had become an indispensable part of the development of hospital. Because of the subordinate status of nursing and the distribution of medical resources, nurses chose to be negative attitude and back off caused by tension in China. It can not be ignored. The current situation in the medical environment had a great impact on the quality of medical care. So how to take effective incentives to stabilize the nursing team, give full play to the "importance of seven care" on medical quality and safety, had become the coerced problem of hospital management. The topic conducted a questionnaire survey of 453 new nurses in a class three general hospitals in Jiangxi Province. The survey was found that the new nurses’ pressure was due to age, educational background, departments and so on. Through to it we found that the top three stress were frequent shifts, too much work, low wages and benefits, especially the working pressure. Through to the survey, the scores of the new nurses in the positive and negative coping style in two dimensions was better than the norm, maybe due to the working years, different employing methods, and the department. And the result of the interview also showed that the pressure of nursing was the workload, frequently shift work, examination, low income, and the simple hospital culture.According to the results of the survey and the theory of the spirit of Mallow, we can take the actively measures from the needs of life, safety, belonging and personal development. For example,we can established the dimensional training system, the progressive realization of equal pay for equal work performance distribution system, formulated reasonable salary and benefits visible and occupation planning which can reduced new nurses’ the pressure to integrate into the collective life and positively to face the nursing work and professional development.
