Objective: The definition of premature rupture of membrane(PROM)is rupture of membranes prior to the onset of labor. PROM occurs in about 8% of pregnant women worldwide. Although there are many etiology and pathogenesis studies to the PROM at domestic and foreign, there is no definite conclusion. For clinical workers, it is easy to diagnose the premature rupture of membranes. There is no effective treatment because of its etiology is unknown. In order to maximize the reduction of premature rupture of adverse effects on mother and infant, it is very necessary and important to determine the most effective prediction method. Therefore, it is important to study on the etiology of premature rupture of membrane. The present research direction at home and abroad for the PROM from a simple mechanical to the reproductive tract infection and other aspects of research. This article aim to study the relationship between the pregnant women of reproductive tract infection and premature rupture of membranes from the infection aspect, and provide a theoretical basis for the effective clinical prevention and treatment.Methods:160 patients whose were diagnosed PROM during June to December2014 period when they were stayed in the hospital as the observation group of this research.Another randomly selected inpatients 160 patients without PRMO as the control group in this research. Learn to detect cervical secretions and vaginal secretions of the pathogen: bacterial vaginosis(BV)、M.urealyticum(UU)、vulvovaginalcandidiasis(VVC).We do some statistical analysis with these data, using SPSS 19.0.The chi-square test was used to judge the correlation between the data we collected. If P<0.05,it means that the differences are statistically significant.Result:The observation group of reproductive tract infection rate was56.88%.The control group of reproductive tract infection rate was 32.50%. There was significant difference between 2 groups(P<0.01). The observation group of bacterial vaginosis(BV) infection rate was 14.37%,Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) infection rate was 22.50%, Vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC) infection rate was 20.00%.Both of them were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In this paper, through the study of 320 pregnant women for detection of vaginal pathogenic, collect the data analysis, draws the following conclusion:1.Reproductive tract infections can lead to pregnancy premature rupture of membranes. 2.The bacterial vaginosis, mycoplasma infection, vulvovaginal candidiasis is closely related with premature rupture of membranes. 3. The bacterial vaginosis, mycoplasma infection is closely related with preterm premature rupture of membranes...
