Objectives:1.To retrospectively analyze premature infants with premature rupture of membranes and the risk factors.2.To investigate the relationship between sTREM-1 and pro-ADM levels in umbilical cord blood and neonatal infection of premature fetal membranes.Methods:1.Retrospective analysis of neonatal membrane ruptured infants hospitalized in the Department of Neonatology between January 2015 and December 2017.They were divided into infection group(151 cases)and non-infection group(234 cases),with the same period the clinical data of 304 preterm infants without premature rupture of membranes were included in this study to investigate the occurrence of infection and its risk factors in premature infants with PPROM.2.A total of 50 cases of preterm infants with premature rupture of fetal membranes were selected from September 2016 to November 2017 in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.50 cases of term infantile umbilical cord blood were used as a control group.ELISSA was used to determine sTREM-1 and pro-ADM levels in umbilical cord blood.Flow cytometry was used to determine the IL-6 levels in umbilical cord blood. To investigate the relationship between sTREM-1 and pro-ADM levels in umbilical cord blood andneonatal infection of premature fetal membranes.Results:1.There was no correlation between nationality, gestational age, gender, twin births and premature rupture of membranes(P>0.05),and there was a significant correlation between infection and premature fetal membrane rupture(OR=1.697,P<0.05);There is no correlation between the age, nationality, gender, history of asphyxia and the presence of premature infection in pregnant women(P>0.05);there was a correlation between gestational age birth weight and premature rupture infection(P<0.05).2.Compared with normal term group, there was no significant difference in sTREM-1 and pro-ADM levels(P>0.05),but IL-6 in umbilical cord blood was significantly increased in the premature rupture group(P<0.05),3.Compared with the group of non-infection neonatal membrane ruptured infants, the levels of sTREM-1,pro-ADM,and IL-6 in umbilical cord blood in the infection group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Pregnancy infection is the main risk factor for premature rupture of membranes.2.Gestational age is the main risk factor for premature rupture of membranes and premature infection.3.Umbilical cord blood sTREM-1 and pro-ADM levels can be early prediction of premature rupture of fetal membranes with combinedneonatal infection.
