Objective: To investigate the effect of Lactobacillus on cervical HPV infection,bacterial vaginosis and candidal vaginitis.Among 512 patients,124 were initially screened for high-risk HPV infection,186 with candidal vaginitis and 202 with bacterial vaginosis.To compare the efficacy and adverse reactions of vaginal application of Lactobacillus preparation,as well as the impact of the application of Lactobacillus on vaginal microenvironment.For our hospital in the treatment of common vaginal diseases to provide a reference,to provide a certain basis for clinical treatment and suggestions.Methods: 1354 outpatients from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected.All patients were detected for secretions within one week after menstruation.Among them,437 patients with normal secretion underwent vaginal HPV infection load determination,cervical exfoliative cytology,vaginal electron microscopy and cervical multi-point biopsy.After informed consent,the information was recorded and divided into groups.During the period of education,telephone follow-up,the final completion of three groups of researchers a total of 512 cases.One hundred and twenty-four patients in HPV experimental group were randomly divided into control group(62 cases)and experimental group(62 cases).The control group was not given drug intervention,and the experimental group was given vaginal Lactobacillus suppository for treatment.Informed continuous medication for 3 months,each menstruation clean within a week to check HPV and their own vaginal secretions;will meet the bacterial vaginosis 202 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(metronidazole)and the experimental group(combined with Lactobacillus)101 cases,treatment of two courses,menstruation clean within a week to check again;will meet the Candida vaginitis 186 cases were studied 93 cases in the control group(clotrimazole)and 93 cases in the experimental group(combined with lactobacilli)were randomly divided into two groups.After two cycles of treatment,the patients were checked again within one week after menstruation.The data were statistically analyzed to compare the efficacy and adverse reactions of Lactobacillus preparation in vagina,and the effect of Lactobacillus preparation on vaginal microenvironment.The data were analyzed and tabulated by SPSS 25.0.For counting data,chi square test was used first,and then the appropriate calculation method was selected.The measurement data were first tested to see whether they meet the normal distribution,but not the normal distribution.The data were tested by Mann Whitney test,and the results showed that there was no significant difference when p > 0.05.Results:HPV group: compared the treatment of the participants,the effective rate of the experimental group was 72.58%,and the effective rate of the control group was 38.71%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in p H and cleanliness of secretions between the two groups(P > 0.05).There was statistically significant difference between the two groups in the bacterial flora of secretions(P < 0.05).The vaginal optimization rate of the experimental group was 80.65%,and that of the control group was 64.52%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In the bacterial vaginosis group,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.04%,and the total effective rate of the control group was95.05%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The vaginal optimization rate of the experimental group was 88.12%,and that of the control group was 77.23%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Candida vaginitis group: The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.77%,the total effective rate of the control group was 82.80%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the optimization rate of the experimental group vagina was 83.87%,the optimization rate of the control group was69.89%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: vaginal Lactobacillus preparation can keep the quantity of Lactobacillus in vaginal microenvironment stable and improve vaginal microenvironment.In the treatment of cervical HPV infection(load less than 100),bacterial vaginosis,Candida vaginitis,vaginal Lactobacillus preparation has a certain positive therapeutic effect. |
