Lacrimal gland pathology examination of scopolamine significantly comparing with atropine group have large areas of inflammatory cell infiltration, glandular epithelial cells atrophy. Can improve dry eye rabbit model of tear secretion Experiment 2 acupuncture, Chinese medicine and acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal medicine were, content of acetylcholine in experiment tenth,17 day acupuncture group was significantly higher than that of the lacrimal gland in model group (P＜0.05), the difference was significant.Conclusion: Experiment 1 atropine sulfate eye drops produced by the dry eye model of economic, convenient, fast acting, but not lasting; scopolamine hydrobromide injection subcutaneously to make dry eye model slow onset, but for a long time, and the lacrimal gland epithelial cells significantly affected. Experiment 2 acupuncture with Runmuling combination can obviously promote the lacrimal gland secretion of Ach, promote the secretion of tears dry.
