Objective: The aim of this study was to discover dynamic law of healthy indicators of a hospital through the collection and analysis of its medical data for continuous years, digging large index amplitude variation of different genders and age groups and provide the basis for the selection of physical indicators. Methods: Biochemical examination derived data from 2005 to 2013 from Dalian City, a hospital medical center in the database was established respectively for three consecutive years, biochemical index database, including triglyceride, total cholesterol, high/low density lipoprotein cholesterol, alanine transaminase, total bilirubin, direct/ indirect bilirubin, creatinine, uric acid and glucose. Using SPSS17.0 data for statistical analysis, to describe the study population using the biochemical index of each year( X ±S); Using repeated measures variance to analyse the biochemical indicators for three consecutive years in different groups of age and sex. Results: 1. From 2005 to 2013, the number of medical examination increased year by year, from 371 in 2005 to 27, 964 peoplein 2013, but only 1410 cases with data for three consecutive years(2011 to 2013), respectively account for 28.70% of the number of the physical examination in 2011, 13.35% in 2012 and 5.04% in 2013. Not everybiochemical indicators were for three consecutive years, the integrity of the alanine transaminase was the most complete, most missing indicator was low density lipoprotein cholesterol, lack of 904 cases(64.11%) and the medical database lacked basic information. 2.(1)Serum lipids(1) Triglyceride, the triglyceride fluctuation of different gender in three years was different(P=0.000), the fluctuation of men decreased slowly(P=0.003), the trend in women increased first and then decreased(P=0.000), the level of triglyceride in male was higher than that in female.(2)Total cholesterol, there was no difference between the fluctuation of the total cholester of different gender, the trend was slightly decreased(P =0.002) P =0.001 of male, female), the total cholesterol level was higher in male than in female.(3) High density lipoprotein cholesterol, the fluctuation of it of different gender in 3 years was not the same(P=0.022). HDL levels of male increased first and then remained unchanged(P=0.000), the female’s level of it increased first and then decresed and the level of 2013 was higher than in 2011(P=0.019).(4) Low density lipoprotein cholesterol, there were gender diffenences in LDL level for 3 years(P=0.000). Its level of male increased after decreasing first(P=0.000), and the LDL level of women for three years essentially unchanged.(2)Liver function indicators(1)Alanine transaminase(ALT), the ALT fluctuations of different gender in 3 years were different(P=0.000). The male’s level was decreased and the female’s level increased first(P=0.000) and then decreased(P=0.000).(2) Total bilirubin(TBIL), the TBIL volatility levels of different gender was different in 3 years(P=0.000). The trend of male showed a slow downward trend(P=0.000). Female’s trend increased first and decreased(P=0.005), and the level was higher in 2011 than in 2013.(3) Direct bilirubin(DBIL), different gender had distinct volatility in 3 years(P=0.000). Both of the volatility increased first and then decreased(P=0.001, P=0.025) in Male, Female. Male DBIL level was higher than it in female, and the DBIL level of male in 2013 was lower than in 2011.(4) Indirect bilirubin(IBIL), the IBIL fluctuations of different gender in 3 years were different(P=0.049), the male’s IBIL showed a trend ofdecrease(P=0.001) and female IBIL level remained unchanged. The IBIL level in male was higher than in female.(3)Other indicators(1)Creatinine,the creatinine level was distinct of different gender in 3 years(P=0.000), the male level was decreased slightly(P=0.008) and the female level was decreased first and then increased(P=0.008), the male creatinine level was higher than it in female.(2)Uric acid(UA), there was no diffenence of the fluctuation between male and female, the male’s UA decreased first and then increased(P=0.000), so was the famale’s(P=0.006). UA level of male was higher than it of female.(3)Glucose(G), the glucose level remined unchanged in different gender and different age group.Conclusion:(1) While the number of people participating in the health examination showed a increasing trend, but there were shortages in establishing medical databases. 2)The biochemical indexes in 3 years showed a different states between different gender and age group, but still could’t reflect the long-term trends.
