Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Jingtong Granules Combined With Traction Therapy In Treatment Of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

Objective: To observe the treatment of Jingtong Granules combined with traction therapy for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and quality of life improvement, accurate data obtained by Clinical observation, and for comparison with the traction treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis, Verify the method to the clinical improvement of patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,explore the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type of mechanism, and scientific and objective evaluation on its safety.Methods: In accordance with the principle of randomized, controlled, 60 patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and the control group(n = 30),the treatment group with Jingtong Granules combined with traction therapy; Control group adopts pure traction treatment. 14 days for a period of treatment, a total of 28 days. Observation indexes for measuring cervical curvature and Tianzhong Jingjiu20 points scale. Data were analyzed by SPSS18.0 software.Results: 1.Compared two groups of patients with age,sex and duration,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Compared two groups of patients with cervical curvature before treatment,with Independent sample T test, the difference was not statistically(P>0.05). Independent sample T test of two groups of patients with cervical curvature using the aftertreatment,the difference Was statistically significant(P<0.05);Before and after treatment were compared by paired t test,there are very significant differences(P<0.0 1).3.Two groups of patients with Tianzhong Jingjiu 20 points score before treatment,with Independent sample T test, the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Independent sample T test of two groups of patients with Tianzhong Jingjiu 20 points score using the aftertreatment,the difference Was statistically significant(P<0.05);Before and after treatment in the two groups of Tianzhong Jingjiu 20 points scale score were compared,using paired t test,there are very significant differences(P<0.01).4.Comparison of the total effect of the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: It can be a reliable and effective method for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy on clinical practice with Jingtong Granules combined with traction therapy to improve the clinical symptoms of patients, restore normal cervical physiological curvature and improve the quality of life, which is easy to operation and worthy of clinical promotion.
