| Objective:The purpose of this study is to objectively evaluate the efficacy and safety of self-made Jingtong prescription in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,and to provide the basis for its clinical application.Methods:From June 2020 to November 2020,a total of 80 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy of qi stagnation and blood stasis type were selected according to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and all patients were from the Department of orthopedics and traumatology,Nanjing Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Nanjing University of traditional Chinese Medicine.The selected patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,40 cases in the treatment group were treated with self-made Jingtong prescription,40 cases in the control group were treated with Jingtong granule.The two groups were treated with 2 weeks as a course of treatment for 2 consecutive courses.Before and after treatment,the VAS score,Tanaka Jingjiu cervical symptom score and NDI score were recorded,and the safety of the patients was observed.After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and analyzed according to the efficacy evaluation standard.Result:1.After two courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.50%,and that of the control group was 77.50%,P<0.05.2.After treatment,the VAS score,cervical symptom score and NDI score of the treatment group were compared with those before treatment,P<0.05.3.After treatment,the VAS score,cervical symptom score and NDI score of the control group were compared with those before treatment,P<0.05.4.After treatment,the VAS score,cervical symptom score and NDI score of the treatment group and the control group were compared,P<0.05.5.During the treatment,there were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:1.Self-made Jingtong prescription and Jingtong granule can improve the symptoms and signs of patients and restore the cervical function of patients.2.The curative effect of self-made Jingtong Prescription in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy of qi stagnation and blood stasis type is significantly better than that of Jingtong granule,and there is no obvious side effect,which is worthy of clinical application. |
