Health is a basic condition for human survival and development, it is prior to any other things. The importance of medical service is to relates to the human body health,family happiness and social well-being. A well functioning health system is conducive to the realization of social justice, social stability and economic growth. Excessive medical treatment have harmed people’s physical and mental health, wasted medical resources, destroyed the relationship doctor-patient and led to a series of problems,which have produced a variety of hazards. In this paper, from the angle of ethics.The author try to discus the problems and damage of excessive medical treatment, and put forward some corresponding countermeasures. This paper is divided into four parts:The first part, it describes what is excessive medical treatment, which is mainly reflected on the excessive examination,the excessive use of drugs and the excessive operation of the invalid rescue critically ill person.In the process of development,excessive medical treatment have brought damage between patients and family,wasted medical resources and increasde iatrogenic disease.The root why have excessive medical Treatment is that the design of the system lack moral rationality,the medical service market have stayed a monopoly status, medical security system is not perfect.The second part, the excessive medical problem is expounded from the angle of the allocation of medical resources. The allocation of medical resources is an important guarantee for the healthy people, the social from all walks of life are very concerned about the problem of the allocation of medical resources. This chapter is based on the balance between fairness and efficiency, made a further research about the allocation of medical resources in China,in order to improve the quality of the allocation of medical resources and change the unbalance medical resources’ s distribution, The author try to provide some reasonable suggestions.The third part, the excessive medical treatment is described from the angle of doctor-patient relationship. The contradiction between doctors and patients in the rights and obligations, doctors and patients’ s asymmetric information, which have resulted in a crisis of confidence between doctors and patients,triggered the red envelopes,Medical alarm and other undesirable phenomena occur frequently, itappears many injuries, exacerbated the conflicts between doctors and patients. The author summarizes some countermeasures from these problems, aims to establish a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.The fourth part,the author thinks about the moral rationality of treatment for the severe patients from the excessive medical point of view, it causes us to think deeply about death. How to die with dignity, it is whether conform to the view of the quality life to treat the elderly critically ill patients,the incurable disease and the vegetable state, this is some ethical problems.These problems bring us some ethics thinking, which will urge us to further attention and improve these problems that caused by the excessive medical treatment,reduce the excessive medical treatment’s harm,and promote long-term development of the society.
