Objective Henan Province, Chinese medicine through research to understand the category of general practitioners (GPs for short) training and retraining practical effect, while the atudents are trained to understand the situation and training needs, analyze and summarize he experience and training deficiencies, so as to further improve and perfect general practitioner training and retraining the province work to improve the grassroots general nedical personnel, especially general practitioners relevance and timeliness of training, and hen to train a general practitioner practice in line with the basic requirements of the post, ind gradually establish a basic level to meet TCM category demand for services of general nedicine physician team.Research Randomly selected to participate in the province in 2009 and 2013 general category of TCM practitioners training 100 students conducted a questionnaire survey, for he treatment of patients and community centers (stations), township hospitals and general ractitioners leading training center for teachers interviewed, while students to participate in esearch and did not participate in the training of physicians proficiency test. Training results ire summarized in the practical training of general basic theoretical knowledge, the loctor-patient communication, clinical comprehensive ability.Methods Access to relevant policies and documentation, understand the category of General Practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine training and retraining, including atandardized training present situation of research and training; Chinese medicine category of general practitioners’training tutorials and training and teaching program based on self-designed "general category of Henan TCM reorientation physician trainees questionnaire ", using the forum or ITU questionnaire and asked the participants to fill in the aite or e-mail questionnaire; for the treatment of patients and community centers (stations), township hospitals and general practitioners leadership training and retraining base conduct personal interviews with a teacher; for students to participate in research and did not participate in the training of physicians the ability to test; on questionnaires, interviews, feedback, and test results are descriptive and analytical study of the combination of research nethods, the actual participants training effectiveness and impact of training related factors nalysis and comprehensive evaluation.Results (1) The trainees the basic information in the age structure of the gap between the participants is large, mainly young doctor; the longer the length of service of individual tudents; title structure of traditional Chinese medicine (Integrative) accounted for the major )art of the physician assistant; on education levels, mainly college degree;(2) To participate in the training of general practitioners less frequently, students are willing to upgrade their evel of personal medical training, but by working and learning contradiction, for family easons, the pay is restricted fell during training and other factors; while the work unit and he employment environment recognition is not high; (3) Students on higher satisfaction with training and retraining effect on the curriculum, training methods, training content, the quality of teachers, training basically satisfied with the practicality and make some ecommendations for improvement; training logistical and organizational management satisfaction is not high; (4) From the content of the training master degree feedback found hat students’basic theory, basic skills and clinical operations have varying degrees of mprovement over the previous training; on demand conditions, mainly in clinical medicine and basic theory of general operation of the main; (5) The ability to analyze test scores, participated in the basic theory of trainees, diagnosis and treatment and general ideas yet nigher level of training of physicians; by the time interval training and medical knowledge of normative and update the earlier training of student achievement slightly below the recent participation of students; (6) Through the treatment of patients and community centers stations), township hospitals and general practitioners leading training center for teacher nterview feedback to further improve and perfect the work of general practitioners training ind retraining.Conclusion Based on the above findings, this study makes the following recommendations: First, establish a sound mechanism for government-run primary health investment nechanism and efficiency of health care institutions specification. Overall co-ordination and mprove the province category of general practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine training and retraining policy support system, to address the participants reorientation training and regular ongoing training to provide mechanisms to protect, while improving the construction of basic health services, the introduction of "send a send a" measure; Second, the optimization and exploration training mode, focus training. Tailored training object, aries [1], strengthen the assessment and supervision standards, strengthen the training program management, optimization, and explore the training mode; third is to strengthen the construction of teacher training bases, improve teaching conditions; Fourth, the future general Physician training in medical colleges should also be focused on training and atandardization.
