Based On Mast Cell Activation And Th1/Th2 Imbalance To Investigate Formula For Warming Yang And Defensing Qi In The Treatment Of Chronic Urticaria Effect Machine

Objective:The topic taked tutor’s experiential yang-warming and soliding defense-qi decoction in passive allergy, so as to study yang-warming and soliding defense-qi deciction in the stability of the mast cell membrance and the balanced influences of Th1/Th2 and mechanism on chronic urticaria.Methods:This topic adoptd the construction of similar yang deficiency rats in passive cuits allergic(PCA) model, observed the influnces of cranial perosteal mast cells’activation of similar yang deficiency rats which are used yang-warming and soliding defense-qi decoction,and at the same time analysed the varies of significant cytokines such as IgE,IL-4,IFN-y,IL-10,IL-18 and so soon in rats’blood serum,while to study yang-warming and soliding defense-qi deciction in the stability of the mast cell membrance and the balanced influences of Th1/Th2 and mechanism on chronic urticaria.Results: ①Changes in general conditions of laborary animals at the process:Good conditions in rats before modeled:sensitive reaction, free activity and ruddy toes and tail. Rats in model set successively appeared similar yang-deficiency symptoms such as less activity, weigh gained unobviously, and then pale toes, arched, united, sticked together, dry and less hair, losing luster, thin stool and so soon after modeled 15 days, and that symptoms aggravated with the modeling time increased. Rats in control group gained weigh gradually, and their spirits, signs, as well as their activities were normal. While the spirits and signs of rats in the group of swimming in and drinking ice water were better than the group of rats swimming in ice water, or drinking ice water, as well as rats in control group. ② The rates of cranial periosteal mass cell granule in every group among Chinese medicinal materias+ western medicine interventional group, Chinese medicinal materials interventional group, and western medicine interventional group. It was that medicine intervention would reduce the occurence of mass cell degranulation(P= 0.00<0.05);The rates of mass cell degranulation in Chinese medicinal materials+western medicine interventional group reduced obviously (P= 0.00<0.05);while there were not obvious differences between Chinese medicinal materials interventional group and western medicine interventional group in the rates of mass cell degranulation(P= 0.15>0.05).③The serum results of each group displayed that:Compared with the levels of Ig-E,IL-4,IL-10 in blank group, which in Chinese edicinal materials+western medicine interventional group, Chinese medicinal materials interventional group and western medicine interventional group were low. While that in Chinese medicinal materials+western medicine interventional group were lowest; there were no difference between Chinese medicinal materials interventional group and western medicine interventional group. The levels of FIN-γ,IL-8in Chinese medicinal materials+western medicine interventional group, Chinese medicinal materials interventional group, and western medicine intervenional group were higher than which in blank group; while that in Chinese medicinal materials+western medicine interventional group were highest, there were no difference between Chinese medicinal materials interventional group and western medicine interventional group.Conclusion:①Yang-warming and soliding defense-qi decoction can restrain the effect of 1-type hypersensitivity and the passive anaphylactic reaction in the skin of rats. And it also restrained mass cell degranulation. ②Yang-warming and soliding defense-qi decoction can increase the levels of IFN-y,IL-18 in rats serum, reduce the levels of IL-4,IL-10,IgE.By restraining the produce of IgE, it can reduce bioactivator such as mass cell ect to rivalry 1-type hypersensitivity; and then through regulating immune stability between Th1/Th2,it can exert the effect on resisting 1-type hypersensitivity.
