Treatment group: by Zhuyu Jiedu decoction combined with oral mifepristone and misoprostol; control group: oral mifepristone and misoprostol. 2 Subjects with normal menstrual cycle, before the treatment of HCG in urine, blood routine, urine routine, blood coagulation four, liver and kidney function, infectious disease examination, electrocardiogram(ECG) and gynecological ultrasound. 3 Control group: take mifepristone every 12 hours, a 50 mg, 3 times in total. The third day take misoprostol 600 ug once time, medication before and after two hours of fasting; treatment group: patients with taking mifepristone and misoprostol and after taking misoprostol in 5 minutes after oral administration by stasis Zhuyu Jiedu decoction100 ml and press 2 times a day, each 100 ml, and even served 7 days. After the group of patients with Drug Abortion Treated by vaginal bleeding days to 5.45 ± 2.036(d), the control group of patients with drug abortion after vaginal bleeding days for 7.17 ± 2.086(d), the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Group of patients with drug abortion treated after menses time required to 35.97 ±2.811(d), the control group of patients with drug abortion after menses time required was 37.63 ± 2.385(d), the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05). 3 Patients in the treatment group after drug abortion abdominal pain for 12 mild cases, 14 moderate cases, 5 severe cases; the control group was 10 cases of mild, 15 moderate cases, 5 severe cases, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1 By stasis Zhuyu Jiedu decoction combined with mifepristone and misoprostol and simple oral mifepristone and misoprostol in termination of early pregnancy has exact clinical curative effect. 2 Zhuyu Jiedu decoction combined with mifepristone and misoprostol can significantly improve the complete abortion rate. 3 By stasis Zhuyu Jiedu decoction combined with mifepristone and misoprostol can shorten the drug abortion of gestational sac discharge time and vaginal bleeding time cannot shorten menstrual complex tide time. 4 Zhuyu Jiedu decoction can not relieve abdominal pain in patients with drug abortion symptoms. 5 Zhuyu Jiedu decoction for contraceptive failure remedial measures provide a way of treatment, and treatment after medical abortion complications and provide the objective basis.
