Study On Medication Regularity Of Professor Zhao Kun In Treatment Of Asthma Remission In Children

Objectives:Through collating and analyzing outpatient Herbal Remedies of Professor Zhao Kun treating asthma remission in children by Frequency analysis and Cluster analysis at First Affiliated Hospital of Henan College in March 2014- March 2015, the study can explore the academic thought and TCM drug laws and characteristics of treatment of children with asthma remission about Professor Zhao Kun.and summarize experience in the treatment of this disease.Methods:In order to identify high frequency depends on the frequency analysis,we collected cases according with a standard of asthma remission patients,involving the main traditional Chinese medicine prescription and therapeutic programs,and establish a database by SPSS19.0.Frequency analysis was used to find the medicine category and medicinal,and clustering analyses was used to find the prescription their components with close interrelationship,all above methods were been used to investigate the thought,experience and law of Chinese herbs usage.Results:176 cases were selected from the clinical cases according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,male constitute ratio obviously higher than that of female(P<0.05), in Proportions of different ages to be compared,3 to 6 years of age is higher than other age groups constituted.Chi-square was used to gender proportions of 3 groups,results showing that the gender distribution difference between there groups was statistically significant.In composition of food allergens,egg yolk and egg white(34.48%),milk and milk power(25.29%)proportion is significantly higher than other kinds.In the distribution of syndromes,the rate of lung spleen-deficiency(56.9%) is higher than that of spleen kidney yang deficiency(23.6%)and lung-kidney yin deficiency(19.5%).It is that the method of 1 dose 3 days or 1 dose 1 week(62.43%) is significantly higher than that of 1 dose 1 day(37.57%).This study all collected 338 original prescriptions,totally involving 94 kinds of Chinese herbs(exceptingliquorice).The total frequency was 6223 times.65 kinds medicine(53.2% of all used medicines)accounted for 97.28% of the total frequency.Their frequency was above 15 times.The frequency of Tussilago farfara,aster,Bombyx Batryticatus,cicada slough,Morus alba,pepperweed seed,perilla seed,tangerine,pummelo peei,Cortex Lycii Radicis,safflower is higher.These hurbs can be considered to be the core of drugs.The prescription of drugs commonly used categories involved 11 kinds.And cough and phlegm and antiasthmatic drugs accounted for 11.27% was most widely used.Antipyretic is the second(11.27%).There also includes Medicine for regulating qi, relieving drugs,Pingan Xifeng drugs ect.Drug detoxification medicine property Mainly is cold and warm,each accounted for 42.68%,38.64%.Herbal taste of bitter,spicy and sweet are most commonly used,each accounted for 32.67%, 29.76%, 28.82%.Herb’s meridian tropism dominated by lung,liver,stomach and involving other meridian-collateral.The cluster analysis shows that there are eight groups of commonly used couple drugs and three clustering prescriptions.Conclusion:Professor Zhao Kun considers that virtual,phlegm and blood stasis are the internal causes of asthma recurrenting.The mainly external cause is heat.And Professor Zhao Kun dose well in treating this disease with tonify deficiency medicine,antiasthmatic herb,heat clearing herb,drugs for regulating qi,drugs of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis etc.The mainly clinical law is strengthening the body and removing blood stasis and purging heat.The medicine property mainly is cold and warm and the herbal taste of bitter,spicy and sweet is more than others.Herb’s meridian tropism dominated by lung,liver,stomach.
