| Objective: To observe the use of ear bean combined traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking therapy for adolescent sham and mild-to-moderate myopia, exploring new methods for the treatment of adolescent myopia treated with ideas. Methods: Clinical observation method, will collect cases were randomly divided into three groups, ear bean group 39 cases(78 eyes), joint meridian sticking group 39 cases(78 eyes), control group 40 cases(80 eyes). Ear bean group adopts cowherb seed seed treated auricular application pressure, joint meridian sticking group adopt ear bean method combined with Chinese medicine acupoint sticking method, control group adopts wear ordinary myopia glasses, were observed before and after treatment of eyesight, diopter and corneal curvature. The three groups clinical assessment observation indexes before and after treatment. Results: The ear bean group recovered 1 eye, 9 eyes were markedly effective, effective 57 eyes, 11 eyes is invalid; Joint meridian sticking group 6 eyes cured, 12 eyes were markedly effective, effective 48 eyes, invalid 12 eyes; The control group recovered 0 eye, 3 eyes were markedly improved, effective 9 eyes, invalid 68 eyes. Three groups of curative effect of statistical analysis said ear bean group, the joint point sticking group and control group curative effect difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), ear bean group with combined acupuncture point attach therapeutic effect difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), the joint point sticking group curative effect is superior to the ear beans. Conclusion: Ear bean and traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture point attach more applicable to teenage pseudomyopia patients, ear bean method in slow diopter increasing curative effect is not stable, have a downward trend, but were superior to control group, suggests two methods of treatment of adolescent myopia vision and delay the diopter increased have certain effect, and it has better effect to use joint. |
