Observation Of Curative Effect Of Auricular Point Pressing Beans In The Treatment Of Post-stroke Depression

Purpose:Comparing the therapeutic effects of ear-point pressing beans combined with oral drugs and pure oral drugs in the treatment of post-stroke depression,it provides new clinical treatment ideas for the treatment of post-stroke depression.Material and method: 60 patients with post-stroke depression who met the inclusion criteria were collected from the Department of brain disease rehabilitation,chronic disease hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine.According to the random number table 1:1,they were divided into two groups,30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the experimental group.Two groups of patients in the course of treatment were treated with conventional treatment of stroke plus sertraline oral treatment,once a day,50 mg,the experimental group on the basis of this plus Auricular Pressure beans therapy.The auricular point pressing therapy was to change the auricular point pressing on the other side every other day.The routine acupuncture treatment was once a day.After 6 days of continuous treatment,the patients had a rest for 1 day and were observed for 8 weeks.The Hamilton Depression Scale,activities of daily living scale and National Institutes of health neurological deficit scale were used to evaluate the two groups before and after treatment.The final data were analyzed by spss25 statistical software.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 66.7%,and the total effective rate of the experimental group was 83.33%.The results of the treatment were processed by statistical software,P < 0.05,with statistical difference.After 8 courses of treatment,the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale,activities of daily living scale and NIHSS were improved in the control group and the experimental group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The effect of ear point bean pressing therapy combined with oral medicine in the treatment of post-stroke depression is better than that of oral medicine alone;2.Auricular point bean pressing therapy combined with oral drug therapy can significantly improve the insomnia of post-stroke depression;3.Auricular point bean pressing therapy can reduce the depressive symptoms of patients with post-stroke depression.
