Drug Law Research On Cerebral Infarction At Convalescence In Phlegm Dampness Constitution

Object: By applying association rules analysis methods, I will analyse and investigate the major drugs and laws for patients of cerebral infarction at convalescence in phlegm-dampness constitution, and provide guidance of drug prevention and clinical treatment for Cerebral Infarction TCM.Methods: By adopting the epidemiology method, selecting the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in 6 cerebral infarction at different levels, different regions of the recovery period,which includes Shandong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital, Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tai’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Weihai Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, Penglai Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, Rencheng Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine,to investgate drugs laws on convalescence cerebral infarction in phlegm dampness constitution.By including and excluding criteria to obtain the original data, adopting mining software SPSS Clementine 12.0 pharmaceutical composition to analyze data for mining association rules, to obtain drugs on interrelated and to analyze.Results: This study received a total of 105 prescriptions, 122 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine, 50 kinds of medicine that the drug use frequency is more than 10. The medicine which has the most frequency use in order are the tonic medicine, promoting-circulation drug, antitussive and antiasthmatic drugs, antipyretic medicine and diuretics for eliminating dampness, which received a total of 501 rules. Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii is the drug which has the most regular rules. The following are pinellia, Poria, and Radix Glycyrrhizae,Bamboo shavings,and so on.The tangerine peel is the drug which mentioned most in the preceding paragraph, followed by Poria, Rhizoma acori tatarinowii. Bamboo shavings is the drugs which mentioned most in the back paragraph, followed by the tuber of pinellia. Some of the most important rules are as follows: Tangerine peel â†' Pinellia, Tangerine peel â†' Bamboo shavings, Cornus officinalis â†'Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii, Schisandra â†' Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii, citrus aurantium + pinellia â†' Bamboo shavings, Achyranthes+Peach seedâ†' safflower, safflower + Ligusticum Chuanxiongâ†'Peach seed, Curcumae+Angelica Sinensisâ†'Ligusticum Chuanxiong, Bamboo shavings + Radix Glycyrrhizae â†' pinellia, citrus aurantium + Radix Glycyrrhizaeâ†' Pinellia, Tangerine peel + Bamboo shavings â†' pinellia, Atractylodes +pinelliaâ†' Radix Glycyrrhizae,Angelica sinensis+pinelliaâ†'Radix Glycyrrhizae, Tabasheer + Radix Glycyrrhizae â†'Pinellia,Tabasheer + pinellia â†' Bamboo shavings, Tangerine peel+citrus aurantium+Bamboo shavingsâ†' pinellia,Tabasheer + Bamboo shavings + Radix Glycyrrhizae â†' pinellia, Atractylodes + Bamboo shavings + Radix Glycyrrhizae â†' pinellia, Tabasheer + pinellia + Radix Glycyrrhizaeâ†' Bamboo shavings, Tabasheer + Atractylodes+ Pinellia â†' Bamboo shavings, Tangerine peel + Tabasheer +Bamboo shaving +Poria Cocosâ†' Pinellia. Finding more drugs in compatibility is the main method of treatment. Apophlegmatisant plays a major role, which is often associated with qi regulating drugs, promoting-circulation drug and diuretics for eliminating dampness used in conjunction. Pinellia, Bamboo shavings and Tabasheer are commonly used apophlegmatisant, which are the main drug for physical phlegm.Conclusion: Association rules can be used for the study of phlegm-dampness constitution medication characteristics and compatibility rules mining, provides the reference for the clinical improvement and treatment of phlegm dampness constitution.
