Purpose: The association principle was used to analyze the relationship between the location of the head MRI lesions and the constitution of patients with acute ischemic stroke, and lay the foundation for the patient's corresponding clinical physique characteristics for early intervention and treatment.Method : This study used a prospective cross-sectional survey method. The case collection was from January 2017 to December 2017 in patients with acute ischemic stroke attending the encephalopathy department of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Fill in the general information of the patient and the body mass table of Wang Qi's TCM classification criteria, and conduct descriptive analysis and correlation analysis based on information collection data, and discuss the distribution characteristics of infarct distribution, the distribution characteristics of physical fitness, and the correlation between the two.Result:1 In patients with acute ischemic stroke, the frequency of lesions in the circulatory area after head MRI was the highest, accounting for 29.84%;multiple lesions(?2)accounted for23.79%;followed by deep white matter, accounting for 22.58%;and solitary subcortical versus cerebellar Less,2.82% and 3.63%,respectively.2 Patients with acute ischemic stroke had the most phlegm and phlegm moisture, which accounted for 26.26%,followed by blood stasis and qi stagnation, which were 20.95% and15.49%,respectively.The special tannins were the least, accounting for 2.58%.3 The gender comparison of physical constitution in patients with acute ischemic stroke was p<0.05,indicating a statistical difference between the groups;male patients were predisposed to phlegm and blood stasis and qi deficiency;female patients were more likely to be gassy.Stasis, sputum, blood stasis.4 The rules with high degree of congruence and confidence between the two kinds of constitutions are phlegm-moisture and blood stasis;the rules with relatively high degree of consanguinity and confidence between the three kinds of constitutions are phlegm and blood stasis and qi stagmancy.5 The relationship between body mass and the infarcted lesion site and the degree of confidence is relatively high: blood stasis and phlegm and dampness ? junctional area with blood stasis and phlegm and dampness ? postcirculation area;phlegm and blood stasis, phlegm and dampnessThere were statistical significance between the two complex physique and phlegm dampness, blood stasis and qi stagnation, and the statistical significance of linear regression component statistics was p=0.007<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:1 In 248 patients with acute ischemic stroke, the results showed that the high constitution was phlegm, blood stasis, and qi stagnation.2 There is a linear relationship between the different distribution of infarct lesions and their physical constitutions;in the head MRI lesions of patients with acute ischemic stroke, the anterior circulation cortex, the junction zone, the deep perforating branch of the anterior circulation, and the circumflex zone are all seen.Wet and blood stasis, but the posterior circulation area is more pronounced;the stasis of the deep circulation through the anterior circulation is less common;Qi deficiency is mainly seen in the deep perforator and posterior circulation area of the anterior circulation.
