Drug Laws Research On Recovery Stage Of Cerebral Infarction In Blood Stasis Constitution

Objective: Drug Laws Research on recovery stage of cerebral infarction in Blood Stasis Constitution by association rules analysis,and provide references of medicine treatment for clinical prevention and treatment.Methods: Using the method of epidemiological investigation, we select blood stasis constitution patients which on recovery stage of cerebral infarction in the hospitals of different regions and different levels. The hospitals are Shandong Provincial hospital of TCM, Yantai hospital of TCM,Penglai Hospital of TCM. Collecting prescriptions of these patients,we use data mining software, SPSS Clementine 12.0,to obtain correlative herb pairs and analyze their correlations.Results: This study received 400 prescriptions, 242 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine. There are 49 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine that the frequency of use is more than 25(including 25). The highest frequency of use are the Blood-activating and Stasis-eliminating medicine, the tonic medicine, the antipyretic medicine, the antitussive and antiasthmatic medicine and the liver wind calmed medicine. We received 250 rules after analysis. Safflower is the medicine which has the most regular rules. The followings are Peach Seed, Angelica sinensis, Ligusticumwallichir, Radix paeoniae rubra,and so on. The rules of higher support degree are : liquorice + safflower ? Peach Seed(support degree 23.00%, lift 1.39%),liquorice + Ligusticum wallichii ? Safflower(support degree 18.75%, lift1.227%), Angelica sinensis + safflower ? Peach Seed(support degree 20.5%,lift 1.448%), Angelica sinensis + safflower ? Ligusticum wallichii(support degree 20.5%, lift 1.7%), Atractylodes+safflower? Peach Seed(support degree18.5%, lift 1.308%), Angelica sinensis +Peach Seed + Safflower ? Ligusticum wallichii(support degree 16.25%, lift 1.758%), Tabasheer ? salvia miltiorrhiza(support degree 17.75%, lift 1.736%), Bamboo shavings ?Safflower(support degree 15%, lift 1.199%), Bamboo shavings ? salvia miltiorrhiza(support degree 15%, lift 1.514%), Radix paeoniae rubra +safflower ? Peach Seed(support degree 25.5%, lift 1.433%), Radix paeoniae rubra + Ligusticum wallichii ? safflower(support degree 17.25%, lift1.237%), Peach Seed ? Safflower(support degree 54.75%, lift 1.269%),Ligusticum wallichii+ Peach Seed ? safflower(support degree 22%, lift1.388%), achyranes+safflower ? Peach Seed(support degree 18.5%, lift1.308%).Conclusion: Association rules can be used for the study of blood stasis constitution patients which on recovery stage of cerebral infarction,Promoting-circulation medicine and other compatibility medicine is pivotal for clinical medicine application.
