Clinical Study On Treating Deficiency Heart-Yin Type Shoulder And Arm Pain Syndrome With Shendao

Objective:This subject is based on years of clinical research and treatment experience also the system knowlege of pathogenesis for this disease.Want to analysis of the treatment effect, and to do a preliminary study and discussion.At the same time, also hope to study the clinical practice summary of tutor, to give some help and guidance to the future clinical work. Meanwhile, validate and enrich the way how Shendao point in the treatment of heart Yin deficiency type shoulder and arm pain syndrome works, finding the best solution possible mechanism of acupotomy heart Yin deficiency type shoulder and arm pain syndrome and explore the way how Shendao point workes.Methods:60 cases of deficiency type heart Yin shoulder and arm pain syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups, with releasing acupoints around neck with Shendao point as the treatment group, Acupotomying acupoints around neck as a control group.Through the contrast before and after the treatment with VAS score, "Tanaka Yasuku symptom checklist" score, the evaluation of the clinical efficacy of the treatment group to be compared, and statistical analysis was performed by Spass17.0 software.Results:The study included deficiency heart Yin type shoulder and arm pain syndrome 60 cases. Through the statistical analysis,we found by the VAS score and the "Tanaka Yasuku" symptom scale score that, the two groups can relieve pain after treatment, statistically significant differences(p<0.05), and prompt the Acupotomy acupoint around neck with Shendao point relief more pain. The treatment group 20 cases were cured, 7 cases markedly effective, effective 2 cases, invalid 1 cases, the total efficiency of 90%; control group 15 cases were cured, 12 cases markedly effective, effective 1 cases, invalid 2 cases, the total efficiency of 75% after the end of treatment. The total effective rate of two groups after statistical analysis, there were no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05); more rate by comparing analysis, the difference was significant(P<0.05); the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:Releaseing acupoints around neck and Shendao alleviate the deficiency heart Yin type shoulder and arm pain syndrome patients pain better than just releasing acupoints around neck.
