The Clinical Observation On The Curative Effects Of Acupuncture With Plum-blossom Needle Therapy On Cervical Vertigo Wiyh The Type Of Hyperactivity Of Liver-yang

Objective:In this study,we observed the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with plum blossom needle in the treatment of cervical vertigo(the type of hyperactivity of liver-yang),and to provide effective treatment for the clinical treatment of cervical vertigo(the type of hyperactivity of liver-yang).Method:60 patients with cervical vertigo(the type of hyperactivity of liver-yang)patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with conventional acupuncture treatment combined with plum blossom neddle,the control group only received routine acupuncture treatment,7 days for 1course of treatment,each treatment interval of 1 day,3 courses of treatment.Different from before and after treatment in patients with basilar artery(BA)and bilateral vertebral artery(VA)peak systolic velocity of blood vessels(Vs),and diastolic velocity(Vd),the average blood flow velocity(Vm),pulsatility index(PI)were detected according to the cervical vertigo symptoms and functional assessment scale score to judge the curative effect of TCM formulation of the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine,statistical data and analysis.Research results:1.Treatment group 30 cases of patients,20 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,effective in 2 cases,2 had no effect,the total effective rate 93.33%.In the control group of 30 cases,15 cases cured,7 cases had marked effect,4 cases were effective,4 had no effect,the total effective rate was 86.67%.In the two aspects of cure rate and total effective rate,the treatment group is significantly higher than the control group.2.In the improvement of vertebral basilar artery blood flow velocity,bilateral vertebral artery,there were significant differences,changes of basilar artery blood flow velocity(P<0.05),indicating that acupuncture treatment combined with plum blossom neddle can improve blood flow speed in a certain extent.3.In the improvement of cervical vertigo symptoms,the curative effect is better than the traditional acupuncture therapy.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that acupuncture combined with plum blossom needle can obviously improve the sympotom of cervical vertigo.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with plum blossom neddle treatment of cervical vertigo clinical effect,can significantly relieve or eliminate symptoms of vertigo.2.Compared with the treatment group and control group,acupuncture combined with plum blossom neddle treatment of cervical vertigo is better than traditional acupuncture.
