Clinical Observation On Vertebral Artery Type Of Cervical Spondylosis Treated By The Combination Of Chiropratic Manipulation And Neck Exercise

Objective:To Observe the effect of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis treated by the combination of the chiropractic manipulation and neck exercise,and make evaluation to its safeaty,provide standard treatment.Methods:The patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis 60 cases,for the combinantion group 30 cases chiropractic manipulation group 30 patients. Results:The total effective rate of te combination group is obviously higher than that of chiropractic manipulation group(P < 0.05).Two groups have more obvious differences in before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both the two treatments can bring improvements in csa. but the combination of chiropractic manipulation and neck exercise is superior to chiropractic manipulation. The combination of chiropractic manipulation and neck exercise plays very good function in adjusting internal and external mechanical imbalances of cervical vertebra. More security, more specific, more effectively and more advantages of easy operation thantraditional massage, it is worth promoting.
