Clinical Observation Of Thermal Moxibustion For Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation On The Effect Of EMG

JOA scores before and after treatment and to detect changes in EMG changes peroneal nerve and tibial nerve conduction velocity and F-wave appearance Rate.Results: After treatment, JOA value compared with the pre-treatment group had a significant difference(P <0.05), after treatment, both groups EMG peroneal nerve, tibial nerve conduction velocity was faster, F wave appeared rate increase, compared with Before treatment had significant difference(P <0.05), and the observation group was significantly higher degree markedly(P <0.05).Conclusions: Clinically thermal moxibustion and acupuncture can be effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, can reduce their symptoms and pain, can accelerate conduction velocity EMG peroneal and tibial nerves, as well as improve the appearance rate of F waves and thermal moxibustion group than alleviate the symptoms of nerve repair routine acupuncture group; both groups to eliminate or improve the clinical symptoms, and more effective than conventional heat-sensitive moxibustion group acupuncture group.
