Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Dysmenorrhea Caused By Hanning Blood Adenomyosis With The Method Of Wenjinghuayu Detoxification

Objective:This study is the use of the main Wenjinghuayu detoxification treatment of adenomyosis, by observing its clinical efficacy about dysmenorrhea, further studies of its mechanism of action, Provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of adenomyosis.Methods:Select clinic diagnosed Hanning Blood type adenomyosis 56 Patients were randomly divided into treatment group(28 cases) and control group(28 cases). There was no significant difference and comparable in age, disease duration,maternal times and the number of abortions(P>0.05).Giving the treated patients wenjing detoxification decoction, while the control group taking wenjing decoction, daily one, two times a day, three menstrual cycles for a course of treatment. Comparison of the two groups of patients’ dysmenorrhea, efficacy, the change TCM symptoms, signs,uterine volume changes and total effects before and after treatment,.Results:The TCM syndromes and the comprehensive curative effect in treatment group than the control group, there was a significant difference(P<0.01). In the aspects of reduce the patient’s TCM symptom scores, the degree of integration of dysmenorrhea and the aspect of relieve uterine tenderness in treatment group are better than the control group, there was a significant difference(P<0.01). The two groups have no difference comparable with pre-treatment in the aspect of reduce uterine volume(P>0.05).During the treatment the two groups showed no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion:Wenjinghuayu detoxification method can effectively eliminate or reduce the degree of dysmenorrhea, the clinical symptoms and signs of the Hanning Blood adenomyosis patients.It was curative to reduce the uterine volume,but not significant.It was a effective prescription to therapy the Hanning Blood adenomyosis,and it was worth to clinical use and further study.
