| Objective: The purpose of this study was to compare the clinical observation on the treatment of uterine adenomyosis dysmenorrhea(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)by the addition and subsection of self-designed xiaozhanyin decoction and sanjie zhentong capsule of Chinese patent medicine.Through comparative analysis,the clinical efficacy and safety of self-designed syndrome decoction were preliminarily discussed,and the mechanism of self-designed syndrome decoction addition and subtraction was studied,so as to provide more treatment ideas for this disease.Methods: Pick up to the standard of diagnosis and included in the 76 patients,the cases of sample selection in February 2018-December 2018 in changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital patients with gynecological clinics,randomized,divided the patients into the treatment group and control group in all the 38 cases,the treatment group to give the style drinks add and subtract,the control group given fights analgesia capsule,due to many factors in the two groups off 3 cases respectively,the actual treatment group 35 examples,observation group of 35 cases.The drugs in the two groups were started on the10 th day of the menstrual cycle,in which the treatment group was followed by the addition or subtraction of drugs on the basis of self-designed syndrome decoction for 10 days after 2weeks,and the control group was followed by 24 days,and both groups were followed by 3menstrual cycles.Through statistical analysis and comparison of the improvement of dysmenorrhea degree score and TCM syndrome score before and after medication in the two groups,the comprehensive efficacy score,dysmenorrhea efficacy score and TCM syndrome efficacy score were conducted after medication in the two groups to observe the treatment effect.Results: According to the observation and research,the overall efficacy was 85.71% in the treatment group and 65.71% in the control group.The comprehensive effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.01).Curative effect of dysmenorrhea: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.57%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 85.71%,indicating that both groups had good curative effect on dysmenorrhea.The curative effect was similar between the two groups(P >0.05).Efficacy of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.57%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 68.57%.Compared between groups,the therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.01).Comparison of TCM main syndromes: intra-group comparison showed that both groups had curative effect on TCM main syndromes(P < 0.05),and the curative effect was significant in the treatment group(P < 0.01).Comparison between groups: the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Comparison of TCM syndromes: intra-group comparison: the treatment group had curative effect on all symptoms(P < 0.05),while the control group had curative effect on fatigue and pallor(P < 0.05),while the control group had no significant curative effect on weakness of waist and knee,dizziness and tinnitus,and decreased libido(P > 0.05).Comparison between the two groups: the curative effect of the two groups was similar(*P >0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group with the removal of the curative effect of the treatment group on the improvement of various symptoms was better than that of the control group(*P < 0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of uterine adenomyosis dysmenorrhea(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)with self-designed xiaozhanyingyin has definite curative effect,and the comprehensive curative effect is better than sanjie analgesic capsule,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical use. |
