The Clinical Observation Of Primary Dysmenorrhea(Hanning Blood Stasis Syndrome) With Dan-shen-jiang-fu Yin

Objective:To Observe the clinical effect of 30 cases of Primary Dysmenorrhea(HanNing Blood Stasis Syndrome)with Dan-shen-jiang-fu Yin,and to explore the mechanism and safety of the drink and provide an effective,easy and safe treatment for women.Methods:A total of 30 cases with Primary Dysmenorrhea(HanNing Blood Stasis Syndrome),who were with 5 days before menstruation and period 2 days before taking Dan-shen-jiang-fu Yin(made by standard),100ml each time,2 times a day,keep taking 2 course(two menstrual cycles).The visual analog scale(VAS)was used to assess the improvement of the patient's pain before and after treatment.Use the Daily Symptom Scale,DSS,and Cox's Retrospective Symptom Scale(RSS)to assess the improvement of symptoms after treatment.Two end of the period by color doppler ultrasound,observe the patient's uterus artery blood flow index pulsation index(PI),resistance index(RI),Systolic/diastolic peak peak(A/B).Results:1,After periods,30 patients with Primary Dysmenorrhea had significantly lower VAS scores,primary dysmenorrhea DSS total scorethan before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).2,After treatment,30 patients with primary dysmenorrhea suffered from abdominal pain,lumbar pain,fatigue,diarrhea,tension and other major symptom scores significantly decreased before treatment(p<0.05).3,After treatment,the frequency of symptoms and symptoms in the RSS scale of 30 patients were significantly lower(p<0.05).4,After treatment,30 patients with primary pain in the uterus artery hemodynamic indexes,RI,PI and A/B value than before treatment were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01 or p<0.05).5,Before and after treatment of 30 cases of primary dysmenorrhea patients vital signs index such as body temperature,respiration,blood pressure and heart rate did not appear abnormal changes of patients' blood routine,routine urine and stool examination,electrocardiogram(ECG)and the change of liver and kidney functions are also did not appear abnormal.Conclusions:Dan-shen-jiang-fu Yin treatment of primary dysmenorrhea(HanNing Blood Stasis Syndrome)haemorrheological nature clinical effect is precise,which can obviously reduce the patient's menstrual pain and alleviate dysmenorrhea accompanied by other symptoms,can reduce the patient's uterus artery blood flow resistance,and drug safety,reliable,the body on the patients without obvious adverse reaction,It is the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea(HanNing Blood Stasis Syndrome)haemorrheological nature of effective prescription.
