Objective: Through clinical observation from prescription yiqi decoction pain in uterus gland myopathy caused by dysmenorrhea patients with qi deficiency,blood stasis syndrome),according to the patients with clinical symptoms improve the situation,to reflect the Chinese traditional medicine prescription yiqi analgesic treatment effect of soup.In order to be able to further for clinical treatment of dysmenorrhea caused by uterine glandular myopathy(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)provides a new method,this topic will be from two aspects of theory and clinical application of system research and discussion on this topic treatment of dysmenorrhea caused by uterine adenomyosis and dysmenorrhea caused by uterine adenomyosis patients with qi deficiency,blood stasis syndrome)clinical curative effect is verified.Methods: This topic of design methods is a randomized parallel controlled clinical trial method,with the proposed analgesic soup and proprietary Chinese medicine prescription yiqi kun comparing the therapeutic effects of Dan,and at the same time will be elected to the womb gland myopathy caused by dysmenorrhea qi deficiency,blood stasis syndrome)in 72 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,experimental group 36 cases,control group 36 cases,the treatment group given traditional Chinese medicine composition for dangshen,Fried atractylodes,radix astragali,peach kernel,rhizoma zedoariae,earth worms,caulis spatholobi,yuan hu,cattail pollen,radix cyathulae,semen plantaginis,herba lophatheri,coix seed,radix linderae,incense,licorice and other traditional Chinese medicine from yiqi analgesic soup treatment,control group were given traditional fixed treatment of Dan.The treatment duration was 3 months and the follow-up period was 3 months.The clinical effect was determined by clinical observation of the change of clinical symptoms before and after treatment in 2 groups.Results: After the above two kinds of treatment method of patients(72 cases)and treatment group,36 patients off 4 people: healing in 2 cases,20 cases were markedly effective,effective 9 cases,1 had no effect,the percentage was 6.25%,62.5%,28.12% and 3.12%,the total effective rate was 96.88%.In the control group,36 patients lost 3 people: 0 were cured,12 were effective,19 were effective and 2 were invalid,accounting for 0%,36.36%,59.38% and 6.06% respectively,and the total effective rate was 93.94%.The data showed that both the experimental group and the control group had curative effect on dysmenorrhea(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)caused by uterine adenomyosis,but the curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusions: The simple application from Chinese traditional medicine prescription(yiqi analgesic soup)in the treatment of dysmenorrhea caused by uterine glandular myopathy(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)patients with the clinical curative effect is superior to simple application of proprietary Chinese medicine set of Dan treatment of the control group,and no obvious clinical adverse reaction,simple applications from Chinese traditional medicine prescription(yiqi analgesic soup)in the treatment of dysmenorrhea caused by uterine glandular myopathy(qi deficiency blood stasis)medicinal lasting,is worth popularizing in clinic in order to improve the patients,to eliminate patients pain and improve the quality of life.
