Colonoscope Performance Of Advanced Colorectal Carcionomaand And The Relevance Of TCM Syndrone Types Research

Objective:This thesis aims to find out the regularity by discussing the syndrome of the advanced colorectal carcinomas typrs of TCM syndrone types under colonoscope.and then,it will offer the objective proof for the syndrone differentiation and treatment.Methods:Firstly,on the base of epidemiology,seek 71 patients of advanced colorectal carcinomas who can meet the criteria of clinic.In order to collect the clinical information of the patients,make a registeration form of them according to the document literature.Secondly,by observing the mucous membranes of the 71 patients under colonoscope,summarize the regularity.meanwhile,by combining the four traditional diagnostic methods:look,smell,ask,cut,enter the datum.Thirdly,by adoption the SPSS18.0 software.Analynize the relationship between the syndrome of advanced colorectal carcinoma and the regularity of TCM syndrone types.Results:There’s no distinct differences between the five TCM syndrone types under colonoscopeand the position of tumour,the brauches of the histopathology,the branches of the colorectal carcinoma under Borrmann(P>0.05).however,some relations on whether there are active bleeding,cokicpolyp,and coating on the tongue and tongue have been found(P<0.05).Among which,with the active bleeding and cokicpolyp,the colorectal carcinoma of sydrome of dampness-heated and the internal blinding of static blood and poison are higher than syndome of yang deficiency of liver and kidney,asthenia of qi and blood,syndrome of yang defficiency of spleen and kidney apparenely.With respect to tongue and coating on the tougue,it’s common to find the red tongue and yellow coating on the tongue in syndome of dampness-heated,the purple tongue and yellow coating on the tongue in internal blinding of static blood and poison,the light white tongue and thin white coating on the tongue in syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,light while tongue and yellow coating on the tongue in asthenia of qi and blood,red tongue and purple yellow coating on the tongue in yin dificiency of liver and kidney,which all have the significant statistical meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:There’s no distinct differences between the five TCM syndrone types under colonoscopeand the position of tumour,the brauches of the histopathology,the branches of the colorectal carcinoma under Borrmann(P>0.05).However,some relations on whether there are active bleeding,cokicpolyp,and coating on the tongue and tongue have been found(P<0.05).
