Clinical Study Of Yichang Sanjie Recipe Combined With FOLFIRI Regimen In The Treatment Of Advanced Colorectal Cancer(Spleen Deficiency And Dampness Excess Type)

Objective: To explore and analyze the clinical effect of Yichang Sanjie recipe combined with FOLFIRI scheme on advanced colorectal cancer with spleen deficiency and dampness excess.Methods: 60 patients with stage IV colorectal cancer who met the inclusion criteria from November 2019 to November 2020 in the Fourth Department of oncology,Yantai Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group.They were treated with FOLFIRI chemotherapy,and the experimental group was treated with Yichang Sanjie decoction.After four cycles of continuous observation,the main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,quality of life scale score of colorectal cancer,KPS score,tumor focus,tumor markers(CEA,CA199,CA72-4),changes of immune function and common side effects of chemotherapy(hemoglobin reduction,leucopenia,thrombocytopenia,elevated glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase,nausea and vomiting,diarrhea,etc.)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment Oral mucositis).Results:1.symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: after treatment,the improvement of three symptoms of loss of appetite,abdominal distention and defecation in the experimental group was significantly different from that in the control group(p < 0.05),and the improvement of two symptoms of fatigue,nausea and vomiting was significantly different from that in the control group(p < 0.01).2.The score of Quality of Life Scale for Colorectal Cancer: There were significant differences in physiological status,functional status and additional attention before and after treatment in the experimental group(P< 0.01).There were significant differences in physiological and functional status of the control group before and after treatment(P < 0.05).After treatment,there were statistical differences in physiological status,functional status and additional attention between the two groups(P < 0.05).3.KPS score: After treatment,the KPS score of patients in the experimental group increased in 14 cases,stabilized in 11 cases and decreased in 4 cases.In the control group,7 cases increased,12 cases stabilized and 9 cases decreased.The difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Tumor focus: The effective rate of treatment and the stable rate of focus were 31.03%,28.57% and 82.76%,75.00%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).5.Tumor markers: CEA in the experimental group was significantly different before and after treatment(P < 0.05),and CA199 and CA72-4 were significantly different before and after treatment(P < 0.01).There was no statistical difference in the control group(P > 0.05).After treatment,CEA,CA199,CA72-4 were significantly different between the two groups(P < 0.05).6.Immune function: CD3++and CD4++in the experimental group were significantly different before and after treatment(P < 0.01).There was no statistical difference in the control group(P > 0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3++and CD4++in the two groups were significantly different(P < 0.05).7.Common side effects of chemotherapy: After treatment,the incidence of leukopenia,nausea and vomiting and diarrhea in the experimental group was significantly different from that in the control group(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in hemoglobin reduction,thrombocytopenia,elevated aspartate aminotransferase and oral mucositis(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.Yichang Sanjie recipe combined with FOLFIRI scheme can significantly improve TCM syndrome,improve quality of life and KPS score,reduce tumor marker level,improve immune function and reduce toxic and side effects of chemotherapy in patients with advanced colorectal cancer of spleen deficiency and dampness excess type.2.Yi Chang San Jie Fang combined with FOLFIRI has no obvious advantage in reducing tumor focus in patients with advanced colorectal cancer.
